We only stayed two nights in early season so didn’t use facilities such as the pool. However, everything else on the site was in good order and worked well. We were particularly impressed with the arrival system, being as it was low season. Reception was closed but we received and email, telling us what to do, and there was an envelope waiting for us with further instructions. The site was also very well maintained. All round, a good site.
The pitch was a good size and neat.

A great dog friendly site. The pitches are a great size set in idyllic surroundings.
A small niggle would be to have more suitably placed hand drying facilities in the toilet area as the one there is is close to the open urinals. There didn’t seem to be any hot water when I showered but then I don’t mind that!

The pitches are a great size even for our 8.6m motorhome. Dog walking in the area is good. The local town Urt is well worth a visit, enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant near the river.

Tough one, maybe some heat in the cooler months in the showers. Finish off the rough concrete in the sanitary areas.

We had a great stay for 19 nights. Facilities were good, and exceptionally clean. Staff were all friendly. Pitches were good sized, and hedging made them feel private. Strongly recommend.
Plugs in the face washing sinks would be a bonus.
Caravan hard standing pitch. Good size. We needed a European adaptor for electric, but we had one. If you didn't the reception would lend you one. The swimming pool and area were a real bonus....

Camp site looked great unfortunately the home we stayed in had an awful smell maybe smoking tobacco or weed. We stayed for one night on our travels and would not of stayed any longer in that room.

The pool was amazing, the staff were friendly, everything was very clean and well run. It had a really nice feel to the campsite, not too big so it felt calm and tranquil. Brilliant spaces for kids to play.
Pitches felt private with little hedges between.
Our pitch was a little small for the size of our tent (7.5 x 3.5m). If we booked again we would ask for a larger pitch.

Issue with noise after 10:30. Occurred 4 nights of our 2 week stay. Culturally not used to children playing until 10:30, but we accepted this. However, rude children and teenagers without consideration of others camping, did make noise and a nuisance of themselves. Only real issue. Management good, pool excellent, generally kept very clean. Would stay again.

Very friendly, big pitch, great pool, beatiful surroundings, sanitair very clean. Supermarket bearby. A shame we only stayed for one night.

Lovely area good for cycling and generally quiet site. Unfortunately freak hailstorm caused major damage to Caravan and car however this obviously was no fault of the campsite
Shop and restaurant would be nice to have or little takeaway. Also a shelf in th shower cubicle to put shampoo. Otherwise- toilet block very good and clean
Large ample pitches. - access to electric points in event of accidentally tripping the breaker . Would be a good idea to inspect the trees regularly as one heavy branch damaged caravan as it snapped in brief storm.

Maybe a little map on sign in for location of everything. Not sure if there is a solution for tenters who just want to charge their phones lights etc to be able to do this in a secure location. Site plugs don’t take normal plugs.

General appearance - lovely green area and trees and bushes. Good sized pitched. Great showers. Access to Bayonne by local bus (15 mins walk to stop).

The mud was a problem for a couple of days until the weather improved

We were on a hard standing with a Motorhome 7m It was a very pleasant location except for the mud
It was tricky to manoeuvre onto the hard standing because of the proximity of very soft ground

Excellent site, facilities clean and modern with plenty of hot water. Recycling facilities provided as were washing & dryers l, didn’t use but were by other campers. Pool not available as. Out of season, ice walk outside campsite no need for dog owners to use other pitches to foul. Easy to find from motorway. Barrier access card required for entry of exit.

Easy to find from Spain and well signed. Spacious pitches with good access to water, drain and electricity. Welcome host when we arrived, barrier card activated. Sanitary facilities clean and modern, there are 2 areas. If you have children playground for them and some rabbits. There was a pool but not open in September when we were here. Recycling facilities provided as was washing machines and driers, can’t comment as we did not need to use.
Personally I can’t think of anything, possibly advising dog owners not to use other pitches for dogs to foul on.
