After travelling a long distance we arrived late at night but were met at reception & given a temporary pitch to avoid disturbing other campers. The site has good size pitches for a campervan, motorhome or tent, with an element of natural privacy provided by trees & bushes. We stayed during the heatwave so this also provided some welcome shade.
Don't expect to avoid the biters in the late afternoon & evening!

Our second stay on this site, handy for the town of Vaison in the lovely area around Le Mont Ventoux.
Always pick your pitch with care as some are quite small.
We stayed in our campervan with driveway awning. We needed a wide pitch and the one we had (41) was fine.
The pitches are crammed in a bit but this was no problem for us.

The pitch was excellently situated. The toilet facilities were very good. Staff exceptional. Swimming pool complex very nice and outdoor jacuzzi brilliant.
Staff politely explain no shorts in pool area. Along with the signs, no smoking, obligatory showering, no balls, no diving. As is common, No one enforces the rules. One couple continually Vaping on their sunbeds sending smoke signal clouds every couple of minutes. The vast majority of people visiting the pool choose to ignore every sign. Sad reflection on those visiting.

The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. The amenities are clean and nice. The pool is very nice, and there’s always a shady spot. There is different events during the week - which is really nice. All in all - it’s the perfect place for a nice and calm vacation. There’s also a lot to see in Provence.

I liked the friendly service of the team and welcoming my dog to stay inside the tv area because it was so hot . She stayed with the resident cat . I also liked the wine tasting , fruit from the markets and outdoor tables and drinks. We also viewed the FIFA World Cup and TDF! Bathrooms are very clean and the whole place is immaculate . The staff always helpful and obliging.

Pitch was a good size, with shade. The facilities are communal but clean and good showers. No problems with the EHU. Site facilities were great the pool area was lovely and it is a social site in the evening.

We had 5 nights at Camping du Theatre Romain, the site was well situated, near to a couple of supermarkets and a 5 min walk into a well appointed town, that had interesting Roman ruins to visit. The site was exceptionally clean, well laid out, and a great swimming pool.
We were in our motorhome, the emplacements were a good size with a hedge on each side making the space nice and private.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, we were made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The hosts Elise and Jerome were most welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were excellent, we will definitely be returning.

Yet another excellent experience at the campsite. Location is ideal, within walking distance of the town centre. Excellent pitches both in terms of size and shade. Excellent swimming pool with good shade. Site has a great atmosphere for adults. Owners are very welcoming.
We have our own motorhome. Running water on the pitch is a real benefit.

The campsite was perfect , clean , and inviting spacious pitches . The pool was an added bonus plenty of beds and roomy. We had a warm welcome the bar was a lovely little area and reasonably priced . The town was a short walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants.
