We hadn't booked. However, reception staff accommodated us, even though we had to change pitch mid holiday. The campsite is close to the beach and to the park. The pitches were fairly well kept and of a good size. This was our third visit to the site.
The fabric of the main building and the sanitary facilities could do with little attention.

This is a lovely campsite . It was our second stay and we will return !
Improve the tiles in the showers
The staff are friendly. The pool area is great. It's in an excellent location for the beach and local amenities. Fabulous internet connection,which is an extra cost but reasonably priced.

Size of pitches. Bar & restaurant. Pool. Friendly staff. Close to beach.
Water taps hidden very few of them and you had to walk through other peoples pitch to get to them. Also flooring around pool. VERY uncomfortable to walk on bare foot.

Spacious pitch. Good welcome. Toilet and showers clean. Reported tap at toilet emptying was not working. Told at reception had been turned off because of careless usage. Was told to rinse out cassette at another tap which is unhygienic. Afterwards saw people rinsing cassettes at washing up. Felt I was treated in an off hand way when reporting issue.

Good sized pitch for caravan , car and awning . Water was difficult to access as behind other pitches.

Nice big pitches. Good bar, restaurant and swimming pools. Walking distance to beaches, a lovely park and many restaurants. Good cycle paths to royan.
Shower blocks work fine but definitely need updating! Very loud 2 day concert in the park next door for whit weekend ( Pentecôte) so we left earlier than planned !
Good sized pitch. Electric and water near pitch.
Filling / emptying of water is outside of site. So need to go in to fill up before going into campsite. Access coming out of campsite for emptying is practically impossible in a motor home so need to go back out on the road to access it.

Séjour parfait , j’avais déjà entendu du bien de ce camping
La piscine , il y a beaucoup de personne qui ne respecte pas et il est difficile de passer un moment calme avec un petit garçon .

Camping propre, restaurant pratique sur place, piscine et toboggan adapté pour tous, Espace jeux , city foot et pétanque propre et spacieux. Animations pour tous, très sympa, simple et efficace. Supérette dépôt de pain simple et utile. Présence d'une laverie 5 € par machine.( 3 machines et 1 sèche linge) Direction présente et sécurité du soir efficace afin de garantir un équilibre pour chacun. Le personnel est très sympa!
Joints de la piscine à refaire Emplacement d'une seule voiture par logement, certains passages sont très exiguës. Un coup de lasure sur les boiseries serait a faire ( terrasse, bancs )
Emplacement proche des espaces jeux et piscine pas trop loin. Tout était conforme à la description.
Mobil home sans clim donc parfois dur pour la chaleur.

Il n’y a pas de renouvellement des animations de soirées, toujours les même depuis plusieurs années et les animateurs ne mettent pas d’ambiance, il viennent juste faire leur boulot

Mobile home vieillissant , impossible de prendre une douche soit l’eau est bouillante soit elle est gelée, des fois ont arrive à trouver une bonne température et d’un seul coup elle devient bouillante ou gelée. J’en ai fait par à l’accueil et au directeur qui a semblé non concerné puisque je l’avais signalé. Personne n’est venu pour régler ce problème je pense que le robinet est défectueux
Bonsoir, Juste pour faire un point sur vos commentaires (mauvais avis). Les animations au camping sont fixées pour certains nuits, car nos clients nous demandent, la soirée dansante le vendredi soir et la soirée mousse le dimanche soir. Après c’est un déroulement par semaine. Si les animations sont plus à votre gout, et le mobil home Homeflower non plus (celui qui date de 2018, donc pas vieux de tout), peut être le Nauzan Plage n’est plus pour vous. Par exemple nous avons cette semaine un programme différent avec un magicien, un hypnotiseur/mentaliste, encore les semaines après les concerts etc. Nous avons une réactivité et ma collègue est venu pour la vérification avec votre commentaire d’eau bouillante/froid. Nous avons changé la pomme de douche et les mousseurs dans le mobil home. L’Equipe du Nauzan Plage

Un camping à taille humaine avec une équipe géniale agréable et souriante . La localisation est parfaite et l’endroit est calme et reposant .
