Friendly welcome. Very well kept site, extremely clean. Nearby municipal swimming pool is amazing and the location is very central.
More trees to shield the road noise. Don’t forget to bring washing up cloths, liquid and tea towels!
Simple accommodation at a reasonable price. Everything you need (coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc). Great to have separate beds in a second bedroom for the kids.
Noise from nearby road. Fridge could be better (small with a shelf missing and the icebox did not get cold enough to freeze ice cubes)

We were on the camping for a short stay. We had a large place, where we could park our folding trailer. We thought the swimming pool was included in the price, but unfortunately it was not.

Because of the warm weather, the windows needed to be open at night. N10 is very noisy, and there was no fly-screen, causing mosquito's to bug us at night. And the warm water tap in the shower was somewhat unreliable, causing it to switch from very cold to very hot.

A very tidy site only a few minutes walking distance to the city centre
A bigger shop or a swimming pool but that would change the relaxed vibe.
We upgraded from a Tithome to a mobile home which had all the facilities, very clean, in very good condition and more spacious than the alternatives with a covered vehranda.
Road noise from the nearby motorway but you get used to it, very hot at night but currently unavoidable.

We had a great one night stay here & a warm welcome from reception. We were told to choose our own pitch so we found a lovely riverside spot in the shade which was much needed with temperatures of 38c! We didn’t use the facilities as we are self contained. A nice short walk into pretty Vendome town, however as it was a Monday it seemed the whole town was shut.
Good sized flat pitch by the river, with EHU. It was so nice to sit in the shade and relax by the river. We would stay again if in the area.
It was slightly difficult to make out the pitch - they are divided by little white markers on the grass which weren’t very clear. No physical dividing barrier such as a hedge etc. to give privacy. Personally we liked the ‘open’ feel to the campsite but it’s not for everyone.

Our welcome and freedom ro chose our pitch were amazing. There are cute ducks everywhere and even beavers in the river. Music is constantly played gently in the toilet block and there are heaps of sinks and toilets. Everything is unisex as most campsites in France are. We ate at the snackbar which was delicious.
It would help to put on the website what days the snack bar is open.
The tent pitches were flat and well marked out as well as very generous. There were water taps dotted about so you were never far from o ne.

Location perfect for travelling south off the N10. Site great for accessing the town for shopping necessities. Showers and wash area good. Toilets have seats which helps:). Pitch open and of your choice.

Although all grass, the ground was firm and so no problem driving away after a damp morning.

A refurbished toilet block would be good but staff work hard to maintain high standards.

From the start we felt welcomed. There was so much space to choose from, even though most were pitched around the trees for shade. The showers were excellent, great pressure which didn't falter.. obvious improvements have been made. The central vanity bar was superb. Plenty of sinks and toilets all very clean with seats! Short walk into town, all in all a good site for a few days near the Loire.
The corners and edges of floors in some showers were a bit grubby and could do with a scrub.
The space and none added for ramps.
