Il y a toujours moyen de s'améliorer.

Nice, quiet, green space to pitch a tent

Die Ruhe und Weitläufigkeit am Platz und die vielen Bäume sind immer wieder schön. Aber ohne das tolle Restaurant würde etwas fehlen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ab Platz z. B. In die Stadt wären toll. Die Bushaltestelle sollte näher sein.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the Bivouac and slept exceptionally well. Despite the very hot weather during our stay, the tent stayed pleasantly cool for much longer than a regular tent, allowing us to get a good night's sleep without being disturbed by the heat. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly, and the toilets and showers were conveniently located just a short walk away. There was also plenty of space next to the Bivouac to set up the two sun loungers that were provided, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

It would have been nice to park the car beside the tent rather than directly in front of it, as this would have made the beautiful lake view even better, although this is only a minor detail. The four goats were adorable, but they seemed poorly groomed and didn't appear to receive much attention. The buck also seemed to be unneutered, which made us wonder why more goats should be bred if space already appears limited. They also smelled extremely strong, which was quite unpleasant. We also didn't receive a refund for the unused bikes and the receptionist at check-out was unfriendly.

Pitch was spacious and shady, facilities were very clean

Price was very high for 1 camper and 1 tent (34€) and site was noisy. Receptionist was rude, said I needed to be quick as closing!

This was only a one night stop over for us. But the restaurant served good food. Site was quiet

Plots were pretty close together

We are on a road trip to Asia, so to find a site we could relax and recharge was good.

Tell the helicopters to fly else where! A bit noisy.

Good amenities friendly staff

The site was a stone's throw from the lake (where we swam) and the locsl cycling eas brilliant.

The toilets and showers were very basic - the ladies shower was closed so we had to share the men's. When the site filled up on Saturday there just weren't enough.

This was a great stop off for a night on the way down to the south of France great location clean amenities and a fantastic lake to explore round defo will come again

Great surroundings to walk or cycle. Beside a park and also beside a beautiful lake that you can walk/cycle round. Bikes to hire as well. Quiet campsite and fantastic showers, washing facilities and washing machines. Highly recommend and will be back.

Nice pitch, showers clean and tidy, nice resturant and lovely walk around lake.

Entrance and pitches could be tidier.

The pitch sizes were good and the toilets and washing up areas were very clean. The lady on reception (despite my awful French and her lack of English) was very helpful and friendly. Proximity to the lake was great and it was an easy walk into town. Unfortunately due to bacteria the lake was closed but I am sure it’s brilliant when open. If we were in the area we would stay again.

Only 2 tiny issues which would be great if addressed: The temperature of the shower water was HOT and there was no way to cool it down. The taps in the washing up area dripped wasting a lot of water. They were difficult to turn fully off to stop the drips but I believe that these are being replaced.
