Lovely flat pitch, close to all amenities and the town was just a short walk. Water in showers hot and clean!

Location is great, toilets and showers are very good.
The site was full on the two nights we were there but the bar area closes at the end of August? I really don’t understand why. The site is full!?

We are delighted that these aspects met your expectations. Regarding the bar, it is indeed staffed by students during the summer season. Its closure at the end of August coincides with the end of their employment period, even though the campsite remains open—and can still be quite busy—at that time. We also regret the presence of dog waste on the site and along the pathways. We take the cleanliness of common areas seriously and will be extra vigilant on this matter, while also reminding dog owners of the importance of respecting the premises. The staff and facilities here are excellent. The pool is warm and the restaurant very nice. The local town is very pretty and worth the visit

Great site. Well situated with easy access to the beach and the village, only a 10 minute walk. Facilities excellent. Indoor pool a real bonus. Hot showers. Clean toilet block. Large pitches. Friendly helpful staff. Fabulous stay.

Getting in and out of barrier can be a problem. Traffic jam at times.

The location is perfect, it’s a very safe family orientated site. Very quiet at night and facilities were absolutely fine.
The reception staff honestly let this place down. I honestly don’t know if it was our nationality and our lack of French speaking but the reception staff were so unfriendly and unwelcoming which unfortunately means I wouldn’t recommend or come back. This is a shame as such a little tweak would make this a great family friendly option.

Nous sommes resté 2 nuits avant de reprendre la route vers la Bretagne. La propreté, les équipements, la piscine, le concert (!), la ballade en poney, les commerçants présents sur le camping, la proximité de la plage et du centre du plus beau village de France; tout ceci fait que nous reviendrons !! Merci !!

We were on a cycle tour through Normandy and Veules Les Roses was our first night camping in France. Delightful!! Very easy and accommodating for cyclists. Great facilities.
Our accommodation was perfect. Very warm and cosy in cool damp weather. The raised bivouac was very handy to story our bikes and equipment and made unpacking and packing up to leave so easy.

Nice site, silent place.
The place to discharge the grey water is akward: it is impossible to place the camper above the grid, that’s placed in the middle of the place, instead of on the left or right. A lot of people were complaining about it, and all just discharged the grey water on the floor. Not ecological at all! Waiting till 9 o’clock for bread is too late and there’s always a queue. Five days on a row there stayed five empty bottles on the floor of the dishwashing room, is that room only cleaned once a week?

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We rely on the old plumbing and pipes from the campground, which was established years ago. Unfortunately, we simply took over what was already in place, but we understand that this may not be convenient. Regarding the bread, we are a drop-off location, and pickups are available during reception hours. The restrooms and other campground facilities are cleaned daily by our staff. I would prefer to pay a little extra for cleaning instead of being inspected by “cleaning police” before we leave. No one without proper tools and chemicals can do it in any good quality anyway so it seems wierd that Ineeded to make the place look clean. It would be nice if more info would be provided upon arrival-as for example where is th closest shop, possibility to order bread, bar working hours ect. Info was given when we came and ask. Our pitch bathrooom door was not oppening well so we need to assist our daughter all the time.

We arrived at les Mouettes at 11.30am after travelling for 5 hours in the rain and enduring a difficult to navigate road closure to be told that our pitch may not be ready and we would have to wait until 2 pm before we could enter the site and go on our pitch, I started to ask if I could check to see if the pitch was vacant and before I could finish my question I was told rather loudly and aggressively that NO I could not, when I asked if we could go on a different pitch I was again spoken to in the same manner. We have stayed at Ettenemare and Haliotis for a total of 10 days with No problem.
Either change your reception team in particular Fabbiene or retrain your staff. We have stayed at Seasonova sites many times over the past 8 years with no problems getting on to our pitch before 12o’clock, when I came out of the reception an English lady spoke to me as she could see that I was upset and told me that she was treated in the same way, very poor attitude and very impolite. We decided not to stay at Les Mouettes and went to Etennemare instead where we had no issues at all so can not comment on what the pitch or anything else was like as we weren’t allowed through the entrance.
