Very clean and well maintained chalet. Quiet site with private space for chalets. Lake is wonderful - very quiet earlier in the day and buzzing in late afternoon/evening. Kids liked table football/ping pong and several wooden games. Kids loved the aquaparc and we also borrowed the family canoe (free). The walks & bike routes in the app are really good with a great range of length and difficulty. All staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic place.
The swimming pools were quite cold, but our family preferred the lake so this didn't really matter. You have to get wet on your way into the pools so this is not so convenient for parents who want to supervise but not swim. The shop is very limited. All small things - excellent overall.
Pleasantly cool at night but also in the heat of the day. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of chairs to allow seating inside and out. Loved the giant drawers under the sink in the bathroom.
No sofa or similar in the chalet. Water restrictors mean that the shower is not very powerful and the kitchen tap only runs hot if you also run the shower at the same time. Not enough coat hooks - weather was lovely so we didn't need coats but had still brought them. We didn't read the dimensions of the beds properly and ended up buying a giant duvet cover from a nearby supermarket - wish we had just got the bed linen option! All small things - excellent overall.

More information on the website about where dogs are permitted. We followed the rules we were told when checking in and local police kept telling us to leave. Although they allowed other French families with dogs to stay! Also website has you thinking the gorge is walkable from the site

Wow, where do I start. Booked a holiday here and it was brilliant. Great location, great water sports on the lake. Great walks. The facilities were spotless. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Pitches had great shade from the heat.

Mosquito meshes on windows are really nescessary. Besides been bitten, It’s a real problem in the evenings when all kinds of these annoying insects are attracted by the light inside the house.

Die Umgebung des Zeltplatzes ist wunderschön. Von den vorgeschlagenen Wanderungen haben wir sieben gemacht und waren jedes Mal begeistert. 🤩Und wir alle haben den Aquapark und den See ausgiebig genutzt. Baden und wandern an einem Ort mit einem so freundlichen Zeltplatzteam - perfekt! Wir werden wiederkommen 🤗

Camping très bien situé , bien ombrage , beaucoup activité , jeux pour enfants , piscine et lac a proximité . Pas de voiture qui circule dans le camping .Parking prive sécurisé . L' application du camping sur le tel pour connaitre et s'inscrire au activité de la semaine , commander sont pain , voir les endroit a visite etc...
Restaurant pas de place si pas de réservation .
Emplacement suffisamment grand avec électricité . Pas d'ombre sur le notre , les arbres sont encore trop petit .
Point d'eau un peu loin mais pas gênant pour nous . Emplacement derrière les cottages , les jacuzzi fond du bruit la nuit .

les piscines qui sont "chauffés" sur le prospectus mais en réalité pas du tout alors que l'on vient pour cela
la qualité du chalet
le jacuzzi qui avait des buzzes qui ne marchait pas mais ou le camping le savait mais il loue quand même comme si de rien n'étais. la cuisine extérieur en plein soleil "intenable"

Concernant les piscines, je pourrais vous montrer les relevés quotidiens des températures qui prouvent que la température est vers 24°C à 7h30 le matin pour atteindre 26°C vers 10h. D'ailleurs, vous avez peu être entendu les pompes à chaleur proches des tables de ping-pong ? Il est clair qu'il fait tellement chaud dans l'abris qu'on a l'impression que l'eau est fraîche. Concernant les Spa, 2 buzzes sur 18 fonctionnent effectivement péniblement sur votre locatif. Nous avons enfin pu recevoir les pièces de remplacement... au mois d'octobre (commandées 1 an plus tôt...). Désolé pour cela. Cordialement, Arnaud

Beaucoup d'activités possibles, et en plus à proximité...belles animations pour grands et petits...Personnel accueillant; verdure; nature; parkings; système de bracelets; restaurant avec un personnel très accueillant et en plus avec de bons plats végétariens! Concert très apprécié!...Site magnifique, oiseaux...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à tout le staff qui a été superbe, très à l’écoute, disponible, toujours souriant...Le camping est idéal pour un séjour en famille, nos enfants ont adoré les animations et prestations (en plus gratuite: canoë, structure gonflable, piscine ….)L’environnement est superbe. Camping sécurisé, calme et reposant avec la montagne à 360 degrés.
Logement parfait, bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! la cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus !

Toller Platz an einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten See, der für die ganze Familie etwas zu bieten hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um unsere Belange gekümmert. Trotz Ende August, war es nicht (mehr) sehr voll. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Es wäre toll, wenn noch ein dünnes Laken

Es wäre schön, wenn in den Zeltbetten zusätzlich dünne Laken bereit gestellt würden, so wie man das sonst kennt. Wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob die dicken decken jedes Mal frisch gewaschen werden und haben daher lieber unseren Schlafsack benutzt.

Nous allons ajouter cette information dans l'email de réservation pour mieux prévenir nos clients. Nous ne proposons pas des alèses ou draps jetables pour des raisons écologiques évidentes.
