Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoBeautiful location. Great beach. Well maintained. Respectful, happy atmosphere. Nice staff. Range of activities. Good food. Good to see that Cap Fun’s investment in children’s facilities is already paying off in a change in demographics. Noticeably more young families this year. The better attention to the badminton courts was appreciated. Etienne, Charlie, Estelle and Leyloue especially good in the restaurant / bar. Reception staff exceptional as always. Wish that the pool bar was consistently open for longer. Supermarket very good (especially the meat and cheeses).
Carraques sanitaires should be rebuilt urgently.

The Carraques sanitaires are long overdue for improvement. We used Tuc instead, but that shouldn’t have been necessary.

A lovely stay again (our 3rd) - lots of sunshine and relaxing by the pool and a romantic evening on the beach watching the sun set. The staff are always smiling and cheerful and helpful. It was lovely to see Fabienne on poolside again. Mobile internet reception much better than in previous years too :)
A confusing array of posters in different places advertising the week's activities - if you could consolidate into a "single day" that'd be awesome.
A good size chalet - we were very comfortable
Could do with another light in the living room - it's either big overhead or the light over the draining board.

I love everything about Arnaoutchot, which is why I keep going back. This year I stayed from 10th to 23rd August, one week camping and one week in a chalet. The staff are all wonderful, the environment super friendly and safe, and always clean & tidy.
I can't really think of any!
I like the Carraques area because of it's views to the dune and the sunsets. The pitches are all well sized with good spacing between each. I always meet nice people here - there's a community feel.

Wegen zijn slecht en het sanitair op tuc is erg verouderd en heeft geen warm water 's avonds. En dat is slecht voor een camping van bijna €100 per nacht

Overpriced campsite, especially compared to Euronat, La Genesa, Rene Oltra,..., poorly equipped pitches, only electricity and that is extra (8€/day) pay!,
Large shady pitch, clean toilets, large beach.
On pich is no water, no draning and extra pay for electricity.

Overall the complete commitment to friendliness and customer service from every person. The campsite was spectacular. The restaurant, bar, swimming pool and supermarket and spa were fabulous. We would recommend to everyone for a great experience. Thank you Vic and Laura (Australia)
The standard of wait staff at the restaurant. They were lovely, just not well trained I.e. To ask if we would like another drink. To remove plates.

Very friendly atmosphere. Many families with children in all ages. Activities for different interests. Good food and wide assortment in the stores. Huge beach that was very clean and well managed. Friendly and helpsome staff.
A bit dark in the night, some more lights would be worthful. The beach is amazing but a bit far from the accomodation.

We love : The beach. The forest. The staff. The restaurant. The shop (l'Epicier) - love the selection of good and the fresh bread is excellent. The bakery (the venoisserie)
The shower blocks are getting old they need upgrading. More disabled toilets and showers in all areas.
The pitch was very close to the playground but it was spacious and the neighbours were good.
Too noisy at night in August - many young people getting drunk and singing in the playground disturbed us many times at night when we were sleeping.

The welcome from the team was fantastic. The facilities where fantastic, the pitch was great taking into consideration there has been minimal rain. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back again.
Only suggestion would be the soap on the bathrooms was empty for a while.

We loved the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, and the spacious site for our tent. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the beach was lovely and clean. The showers and toilets were modern and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.
There is only one area on the campsite where you can dispose of rubbish. This area is not close to the camping areas, so in order to sort your recycling, you would need to have several separate bin bags by your tent. More refuse areas within easier reach of the tent sites would be an improvement. Flip flops are not allowed in the pool area, but the surface around the pool is rough and uncomfortable to walk on in bare feet, and incredibly painful to walk on when it is very hot. The no-footwear rule seems very harsh! There was no hand soap in any of the toilet areas.

Cooperative and very friendly stuff, always want to help & always with a smile; you have absolutely everything we needed on the place; very diverse minimarket, bakery, restorants and bars; swimming pools, very nice walk to the beautiful and endless see shore, beautiful pine forest. We loved the fact that nude was allowed and encouraged absolutely everywhere - it was so liberating and simple to just stay nude everywhere all the time ! Loved the evening activities, and the spa - both massage and zen area.
It would be nice and quite elementary to provide first set of sheets and towels - included in the price and ready in the unit. Same thing about dishes cleaning soap.

Bedroom was a bit small - narrow space around the bed. With absence of A.C , it would be nice if there was a ceiling fan. Some mid days was hardly bearable because of the heat.

We are coming to Arna for holiday since 2003 and always happy to return back. Place, pitches, facilities, shop, animation, restaurants, beach, bicycle riding - everything is great
Internet is absolutely HORRIBLE! It had a large improvement before the COVID, but definitely needs much more work now with modern speed and grown usage requirements from the tourists. I couldn't even send this review from the first time to you as the "captcha" is not loading.. This summer we are here for 2.5 month and even emails and WhatsApp are not working properly. Really annoying as we have a list of movies we'd like to watch in the evening, but even Instagram is hardly working when everyone is back from the beach.

The property has maintained the standards of previous years, clean and peaceful
We would have appreciated having access to the Toboga slide and the new youth pools, but we were especially disappointed by the lack of the archery field, which we really enjoyed in the past
The chalet lived up to expectations, and I really appreciated how quickly they replaced the broken fridge and fixed a few minor details
We would have appreciated having mosquito screens on the bedroom windows
