Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoWe stayed for two nights on our way to Spain. As it was the end of season most of the facilities were closed. But we had a great time i the pools and the pitch and other facilities were very good. We visited the beach but the sea was, unsurprisingly, cold.

The pool was amazing, I loved it! The pitch we had was perfect. We felt as though we were close to the centre and the beach. It was our first visit to Arna and we will definitely come again. Our stay was terrific. Thank you.
Occasional smell of sewerage. Early emptying of septic tank, about 8am?
Greenery, enough privacy, shade, proximity to services and centre, and size was just perfect.
Nothing! However the neighbours in the static caravan, up very late chatting outside their van and we could also smell weed. They let their dog roam off lead. I chased him off our pitch the last day because he was going to go to toilet on it. I know it's not your fault, but I thought you'd like to know.

We liked the wonderful arrangement of spaces into the natural surroundings and the very good service. Every age group found good representation and was very welcome.
Cleanliness in all the common sanitary facilities was far below standard.

Very loud surroundings because of close proximity to playground and barbecue pitch. Hard to arrange caravan and tent, because of a lot of root work and steep surrounding.

Pitches have plenty of space and lots of trees and shrubs around them Nights are very peaceful with most people being very quiet or asleep after 10 pm The washing/ showering facilities are excellent and kept very clean

Lack of thought about facilities for disabled (even temporarily) people. e.g. the round pool is shallow, but has no rail to hang on to in order to get out. At the moment, I have a broken wrist and can't put pressure on it.

Arna is a very nice naturist resort, with good accommodation and good facilities.
There was no snack bar, or pool bar.
Very clean and comfortable.
No kettle for making cups of tea, and no glasses bigger than a wine glass.

It is a shame that the camp is moving in more fixed accommodation because it has changed the friendliness of the campsite.

It’s such a place of beauty - the forest, the beach, the ambiance. Plenty of space for everyone, even in peak season. Kind, helpful staff.

Sometimes it's very loud, drunk people are screaming even at 3am A lot of smokers, also in restaurants, even if there are kids around

For the first time, we are delighted, we will surely return, but more information in Spanish would be necessary, sometimes we had many doubts in different situations and it was difficult to solve them

Quiet environment
Many people were dressed, at all times of the day and all over the campsite. We have not seen this attitude in other summers. We did not like it.
The garden
I didn't like that my neighbour's outdoor air conditioning unit blew hot air into my garden. It was very annoying.

It is the second time that I stay at the campsite; and I like the peace and tranquility that it transmits. I cannot comment on the activities since I do not speak French and we have not participated in any of them.
Missing the fact that the camping staff can not speak Spanish or Basque; taking into account that we are very close to the accommodation and that there are quite a few people who speak that language staying. What's more, I am doing the satisfaction survey in English since it has not been sent in Spanish.

We loved the tranquility of the Arna camping, and also the respectful and committed with naturism environment. It's nice that you can stay for a week in the camping without missing anything from outside. Also we'd like to mention that the staff in the reception have been very gently.
In this stay we have dislike that in 2 different days groups of people have breached the rule of silence at 23pm in the barbacue zone near our accomodattion and no one of the security staff said nothing. We also think that the activity offer could be richer and in other lenguages different from french for the visitors. We also were disappointed with the decision of the management about banning the possibility of buying accommodations for non resident people.
The accommodation had enough space for everything we needed.
Accommodation would be nicer with better blinds and maybe with mosquito screen in the windows.

Arna and the team are amazing. The beach is the best I've been to, the whole camp spacious and relaxed.
The restaurants offer a limited menu and aren't very budget-friendly.
