Friendly, helpful staff. Decent sized pitches. Great location for Carcassonne & surrounding sights/ attractions. Nice pool. Decent pizzas. A quiet, well maintained campsite - I'd visit again.
One of the sinks in the laundry room was dirty for a few days - probably needed the plug repairing.

Good pitch and pool.
The showers were not very clean. There was evidence of a lack of cleanliness everywhere. For example, outside the reception was a steel dog bowl with water. In the searing heat it must have been filled regularly but never cleaned as the inside of the bowl was thick green slime. While dogs may not be bothered it sets the scene for the standards on sire from the minute you arrive

Emptying cassette toilet. This is very unhygienic. The water hose is next to the drain and some people leave end of hose in the drain. I filled up with water in my motorhome fortunately using my own hose but I didn’t realise at that time it was the main drain for emptying the toilet. I would’ve used another tap if I knew that this was the case. Shutting the bar a restaurant on Mondays was inconvenient. Lots of Ants on our pitch.
It was a reasonable size but could only use half of it because the Ants.

The toilet block needs serious modifications. Clean but smelly. Out of the three toilets. One permanently closed. One where there was never any toilet paper. Not great for some 50 pitches.

The swimming pool looked good, but we went there out of high season and knew it wouldn't be open yet.

Just had 3 days here, lovely spacious pitches, very friendly staff and fantastic pool area. Facilities were spotlessly clean at all times one of the nicest small sites we have stayed on
Only slight issue with overhanging trees on my pitch but was quickly sorted

The reception girl was very helpful,but the rest of the stay(which we left before we had to)was a bit of a comedy act,with one toilet roll per cubicle,that lasted twenty mins LOL.The pitches were quite small and felt closed in.The wifi was hit and miss,would rather of paid for a decent connection.The pictures on the advert were out of date and the whole site needs updating as so much wasnt working,sorry i feel like this but thats how i feel. Bonjour Monsieur LLOYD, Tout d'abord nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à ce questionnaire. Nous respectons votre ressenti et sommes navrés de constater que rien ne vous a satisfait à part la région et l'accueil. Nous ne comprenons pas la note de 2 en propreté surtout que dans les avis qui concernent la même période nous obtenons une note moyenne de 8 (???). Que s"est-il passé?Parfois il peut y avoir des problèmes ponctuels sur lesquels nous pouvons intervenir si on nous les fait remonter. La reception est ouverte de 8h30 à 12h 30 et de 14h à 20h, il est dommage d'attendre d'être parti pour dire ce qui ne fonctionne pas. Lors de vos prochains séjour en camping pensez-y. Merci de votre visite et bonne continuation.

Bonjour merci d'avoir prit le temps de nous déposer votre avis. Nous constatons que la propreté a été mal noté sur votre avis. La propreté a été évaluée à "9" par un autre client durant la même période de séjour que le vôtre. Les sanitaires sont entretenus quotidiennement mais il suffit d'une famille qui ne respecte pas les lieux pour que celui qui passe après en subisse les conséquences. Peut-être cela explique t'il votre note de 5. En espérant que vous avez tout de même apprécié votre séjour. L'équipe du camping le moulin de sainte anne

Nice large pitches, a lot of vegetation, small campsite, quiet
The sanitaries were very unclean from the beginning of our stay and in these two days no one cleaned them.
The emplacement was rather large and there were beautiful trees around us. The whole place seemed a bit run down and the grass was rather high. Reception was friendly. Beware: the very good bakery in the village nearby is closed on Mondays and the little shop opens only until 12.30 on Mondays. Same for all the small villages nearby. But great opportunities to cycle through the beautiful countryside
Sanitary rooms were really neglected and dirty. Maybe this is a beginning of the season thing, same as the high grass on the emplacements!

Très bon emplacement, bien arboré, terrasse très bien pensée à l'écart des regards.
Manque d'un snack à la sortie de la piscine les après midis et de quelques animations.

Erg fijne voorzieningen, welkome wasmachine die snel en goed waste. Personeel erg vriendelijk,dat maakt je bezoek goed!
Manouvreren met oudere camper over de camping om op de plek te komen was lastig oa door de laaghangende takken en schuine hellingpad. Als de bomen en heggen iets gesnoeid zouden kunnen worden dan zou dat helpen👍🏽
Prima plek al moesten we de electradraad door de heg duwen, het was toch fijn aansluiting te hebben.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille. Nous avons apprécié la taille humaine du camping, le calme absolu et tous les équipements adorés par nos enfants ! Piscine, city et trampoline… à bientôt

la piscine belle grandeur et profondeur excellent,les pizza sont très bonne .bravo au pizzaolo
les sanitaires sont bien entretenu.dommage que le nettoyage de début de saison ne sois pas fait a fond,ex. toile d araignée sur les velux et le carrelage au niveau des plinthes et pied de parois sont plus foncé que le reste

Tres gentle Personnel, une proper piscine et une agreable endroit pour s'emplacer. Il y a une Route de 35 km pour faire la biciclette a Carcassonne qui on peut Telecharter gratuit pour se guider par komoot app. On peut faire une petit promenade a la vieux Moulin de St Anne.

Le snack est bien, la piscine egalement. C’est un petit camping qui est proche de Carcassonne et à environ 1h de toutes les activités et visites.
Les équipements (table de ping pong, baby-foot, city) mériteraient un peu plus d’entretien. Mettre une 2eme machine à laver serait bien.
Chalet de bonne dimensions permettant facilement de vivre à 3 dedans (voir 4). Les propriétaires et le personnel sont très accueillant et sympathiques.
Quelques éléments à revoir, même si fonctionnels: robinets pas bien fixés ou inversés. La literie peut être à revoir (c’est suivant le confort de chacun…).

L'odeur dans les toilettes mais ça concerne surtout les clients. Certains ne sont pas propre.
