Good campsite for a short stay. Big pitches nice toilet block with hot showers, lovely smimming pool. There was a bus stop right outside to take you straight into the centre of Nancy. We didn't use it this time but we'll save that for s future djort visit

Why ask for motorhome dimensions on booking form then ignore them & give a pitch too small then say we have to pay double.
Long pitch relatively flat
Uneven ground not very well maintained . Low hanging trees cause damage to Motorhome’s keep them cut back better

Pleasant, helpful, English speaking staff on a lovely site. We found the pitches easy to access. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant each evening and we liked the peace and quiet after 10pm.
signage re chemical disposal point was not very clear. it took us a long time to find it! No tap to fill our water container easily.

Better check in, it’s chaos, better pitch allocation, it’s confusing for everyone, duplicate allocation, clearer pitch markers, toilets that are clean and urinals that aren’t boarded up, buy a lithium strimmer the noise was horrendous

Pitch flat but no hedges between pitches for privacy. Stayed 1 night while travelling from Switzerland through France. It did the job but wouldn't stay any longer Reception disorganised with pitch allocation Cleaner decided to wash floor with bleach while in shower covering feet with bleach

Clean toilets, plenty of space, good recycling options and camper service area.
Reception was a bit off in that they told yo a pitch but said you wanted to take another then do so. This resulted in us going to the pitch allocated, only to see others set up in it, we then had to get back in a long line at reception to give our updated pitch number. All seemed a bit odd.

Medewerkers waren (kind) vriendelijk en meedenkend. De plek die we toegewezen kregen was volledig in de zon. We mochten zelf een andere plek kiezen. De kinderen kregen een kleurboekje met potloden. Voor een middag/avond/nacht een fijne camping. Eten was goed. Zwembad was fijn na een lange reis.
De plekken zijn zo ingericht dat je je caravan er er heel makkelijk in en uit kan rijden.
Er waren veel plekken in de zon. Misschien kan je bij het boeken alvast aangeven dat je voorkeur hebt voor een schaduwplek.

Nabijheid Nancy, een mooie historische stad. Plaatsen in de omgeving met aantrekkelijke onderwerpen om te bezoeken, en/of een hele mooie (oude) binnenstad hebben. Het verblijf op de camping werd gekenmerkt door een ruime opzet van de te huren Mobil Homes, de ontspannen sfeer en vriendelijk personeel.
Hoewel we zelf de beschikking hadden over een toilet in de Mobil Home, vonden we het aantal toiletten op de camping aan de magere kant.
Voor de duidelijkheid: wij huurden een huisje voor 6 personen, we waren met 2 personen, vanwege beschikbaarheid. Mooie accomodatie. Ruim, airco, mooie ruime badkamer met een vrij ruime douchecel.
De toiletruimte was te klein. De telefonische bereikbaarheid van de camping voorafgaand aan onze vakantie was echt onvoldoende, terwijl e-mails niet adequaat werden beantwoord.

Der Empfang war sehr unprofessionell um nicht zu sagen unfreundlich. Die sanitären Anlagen müssen dringend renoviert werden. Sie sind dreckig, kaputt, teilweise kein Licht, teilweise kein Warmwasser
Die Dame am Empfang eine Schulung in Freundlichkeit geben oder ganz austauschen! Wenn sie keine Lust zur Arbeit hat dann soll Sie bitte nicht am Empfang sitzen.
Der Platz liegt leider ziemlich nahe an der Autobahn, die man leider den ganzen Tag hört, leider auch Nachts.

Sanitair zeer slecht! Weinig tot geen verlichting 's avonds in toilet gebouwen. Geen zeep aanwezig en het ene toilet die aanwezig is, is erg vies. Urinoirs x zijn er al jaren niet meer. Verder lag er hondenpoep op ons veldje.

Après avoir réservé sur votre site, il y a eu un problème de paiement. J'avais bien reçu le message d'annulation et pourtant le montant a été débité quelques jours plus tard, malgré 2 relances pour pour payer et une autre confirmation d'annulation. Je n'étais pas venu naturellement chez vous sans confirmation de ma place Une seule étoile pour pouvoir valider mon avis
Il n'y a personne qui répond au téléphone du camping, ni à la centrale de réservation. Est ce qu'il y a encore une réception et des activités?
