Good campsite for a short stay. Big pitches nice toilet block with hot showers, lovely smimming pool. There was a bus stop right outside to take you straight into the centre of Nancy. We didn't use it this time but we'll save that for s future djort visit

Good size pitch & good location for Nancy.

Why ask for motorhome dimensions on booking form then ignore them & give a pitch too small then say we have to pay double.

Pleasant, helpful, English speaking staff on a lovely site. We found the pitches easy to access. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant each evening and we liked the peace and quiet after 10pm.

signage re chemical disposal point was not very clear. it took us a long time to find it! No tap to fill our water container easily.

Arrived after 7 , choose a spot . Shaded . Used the pool . Left the next morning.

Betaald voor reservering, niet verrekend met de camping €93 50 en €13,50 Pitchup. Zwembad smerig. Totaal onduidelijk e plekken.

Better check in, it’s chaos, better pitch allocation, it’s confusing for everyone, duplicate allocation, clearer pitch markers, toilets that are clean and urinals that aren’t boarded up, buy a lithium strimmer the noise was horrendous

Pitch flat but no hedges between pitches for privacy. Stayed 1 night while travelling from Switzerland through France. It did the job but wouldn't stay any longer Reception disorganised with pitch allocation Cleaner decided to wash floor with bleach while in shower covering feet with bleach

Cleaner to check if anyone is in shower first Hedge rows for privacy & wildlife. Just let people choose own pitch as reception are disorganised

Clean toilets, plenty of space, good recycling options and camper service area.

Reception was a bit off in that they told yo a pitch but said you wanted to take another then do so. This resulted in us going to the pitch allocated, only to see others set up in it, we then had to get back in a long line at reception to give our updated pitch number. All seemed a bit odd.

Medewerkers waren (kind) vriendelijk en meedenkend. De plek die we toegewezen kregen was volledig in de zon. We mochten zelf een andere plek kiezen. De kinderen kregen een kleurboekje met potloden. Voor een middag/avond/nacht een fijne camping. Eten was goed. Zwembad was fijn na een lange reis.

receptionist faro was a credit to the company. helpful at all times with a smile under pressure when check in queues were out the door

extra reception at busy times

Der Aufenthalt an sich war gut. Wir mussten am Tag des Checkout abreisen bevor die Rezeption geöffnet hat. Wir hinterließen den Schlüssel in der Postbox der Rezeption. Seitdem versuche ich seit Tagen die Rezeption des Campingplatz telefonisch und per E-Mail, bezüglich der Erstattung der in bar gezahlten Kaution, zu erreichen. Es meldet sich niemand. Die Angestellten der Rezeption haben immer noch meine in bar hinterlegten 100 Euro Kaution

Ich verlange unverzüglich meine 100 Euro Kaution zurück. Die Person in der Rezeption, der ich die 100 Euro zahlen musste, hat alle nötigen Daten um mich zu kontaktieren und mein Geld zu erstatten!!!!

Afspraken goed nagekomen. Sanitair ruim voldoende. Goede eet- en drinkgelegenheid. Ruime plekken. De botanische tuin van Nacy ligt op 2.5km en is geweldig!!! LET OP: Een lange stroomkabel is handig, want de afstand tot de paal is soms wat ver.

Sluitingstijden tussen de middag afschaffen. Wij kwamen 2 minuten over 12 aan en moesten gewoon tot 2 uur wachten. Gelukkig konden we in die tijd de prachtige botanische tuin bezoeken.

Aardiger ontvangst

Nähe zur Stadt (6km), gut mit Fahrrad zu fahren, aber mit starker Steigung auf dem Rückweg

Sanitäranlage leider nicht gut gepflegt: Toiletten nicht sauber/riechen unangenehm. Bei Waschplätzen fehlen Haken (abgebrochene nicht ersetzt) und Ablagen. Bei manchen ist Licht defekt. Anlage ist nicht alt und könnte man mit etwas Aufwand wieder in guten Zustand versetzen und halten.

Die Stellplätze sind hinreichend groß, der Platz ist leise und das Personal ist freundlich.

Bei der online-Buchung war es nicht möglich, die ACSI-CampingCard-Konditionen zu nutzen. Die Wasserzapfstelle in Stellplatznähe funktionierte nicht, zuverlässig kaltes Wasser war im Sanitärblock nicht verfügbar (unabhängig von der Einstellung steter Wechsel zwischen heiß und kalt) Die Urinoirs waren demontiert, je Herren-Sanitärblock standen nur 1 normales und 1 Kinder-WC zur Verfügung Die Beleuchtung im Sanitärblock war nachts unzureichend
