We really loved the playgrounds for our 2 year old, and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool on the cold days.

We liked that the spot was big enough that we could pitch our tent half on the grass and half on the gravel

Really lovely setting in the high Vosges. We were cycling we’d used this as a base. Criticisms - pitch was slightly muddy, and two large beers were 24 euros in the bar. Ps. Lovely restaurant called auberge du lac about 5 mins walk away - book ahead.

Extremely well equipped accommodation with all the extras that you need; loungers, umbrella, utensils. Location was excellent for Gérardmer, cycling routes, walking.
Would be nice to have some bread on sale if you had not ordered the night before.
Fantastic accommodation, clean, well equipped. One of the best we have ever stayed in. Beds very comfortable, kitchen utensils were excellent, hot shower, lovely big deck with loungers, outside table and 5 chairs and huge expandable umbrella. Very quiet campsite considering the size of it.

More spacious pitches, better basics and quiet after 10pm would make this a much better site

Toilets often had no toilet paper or soap. No hot water for dishwashing . Our pitch was so small. Entertainment at night was really noisy - don’t go if you like peaceful camping !

The campsite is in very nice surroundings, close to the lake, and has great facilities.
Suitable for a camper van
The pitch could be more horisontal. This would have been nice since we did not have leveling wedges for our camper.

l'organisation: malgré que la réception soit fermée le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons pu nous installer à l'emplacement qui nous était réservé. Le Spa: massage d'une heure trente excellentissime. Seul point un peu moins gai, j'ai trouvé le jacuzzi un peu froid. Il parait que de nouvelles normes ont été données et que le SPA a été obligé de baisser la température. La gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil et au restaurant La localisation du camping, situé non loin de Gerardmer et de ses commerces et des stations La prise en charge quant à la menace d'un campeur à tout faire sauter!
- la communication lorsqu'un évenement où la sécurité est en jeu pourrait être plus fluide - malgré la construction d'un nouveau bloc sanitaire, il manquait encore des toilettes car le camping était complet et les toilettes étaient toujours occupées. - le problème de piscine au lendemain du jour où un campeur a mis en danger le camping - le manque de déneigement des allées, surtout pour sortir du camping - les coupures d'électricité
Belle et grande parcelle, respect du numéro de parcelle demandé réel avantage d'avoir 16 Ampères, surtout en cas de températures négatives
