The new shower blocks look lovely but very cold inside, nice to get a swim although not large enough to swim lengths but great for families. After a few Motorhome at the site being very unusually broken in to the staff were amazing at organising and arranging police etc I can’t thank them enough would I still stay here again 100% yes
Better fencing around site to keep you more secure. If it happens once it can happen again.

The grass plot attributed was not cultivated after previous tenant driving in a wet/muddy soil, not satisfactory. If it was not for one night, not acceptable to be placed to such a tankodrome…

We really loved the playgrounds for our 2 year old, and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool on the cold days.

We liked that the spot was big enough that we could pitch our tent half on the grass and half on the gravel

Really lovely setting in the high Vosges. We were cycling we’d used this as a base. Criticisms - pitch was slightly muddy, and two large beers were 24 euros in the bar. Ps. Lovely restaurant called auberge du lac about 5 mins walk away - book ahead.

Extremely well equipped accommodation with all the extras that you need; loungers, umbrella, utensils. Location was excellent for Gérardmer, cycling routes, walking.
Would be nice to have some bread on sale if you had not ordered the night before.
Fantastic accommodation, clean, well equipped. One of the best we have ever stayed in. Beds very comfortable, kitchen utensils were excellent, hot shower, lovely big deck with loungers, outside table and 5 chairs and huge expandable umbrella. Very quiet campsite considering the size of it.

Toilets often had no toilet paper or soap. No hot water for dishwashing . Our pitch was so small. Entertainment at night was really noisy - don’t go if you like peaceful camping !

The campsite is in very nice surroundings, close to the lake, and has great facilities.

The pitch could be more horisontal. This would have been nice since we did not have leveling wedges for our camper.

Besonders gut war tatsächlich nichts.
Die Sauberkeit der neuen Sanitäranlage sollte verbessert werden bzw. die Putzintervalle verkleinert werden. Damit wird auch verhindert das die Papierrollenhandtücher leer sind und die Waschtische unter Wasser stehen. Warum wurde für die Männer kein Pissoir eingeplant? Das würde den Andrang/Wartezeit in den Morgenstunden verringern. Weiterhin fehlt eigentlich eine offene "Händewaschstelle" gegenüber den Toilietten. Das die Besucher die Hände dann an den Spültischen waschen ist sicherlich nicht gewollt. Der "Brotservice" ist ab 09:00 Uhr geöffnet. Das ist eindeutig zu spät.

Was ich in Frankreich schade finde…bekommen es einfach nicht mit den Sanitären anlagen in Griff… Keine Ablage in der Dusche …ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und oftmals dreckig… Zu wenig WC Das man Dusche und WC nicht voneinander trennt…

Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes toutefois surpris par votre commentaire concernant la vétusté de nos sanitaires. En effet, l'ensemble de nos blocs sanitaires a été construit ou entièrement rénové il y a moins de cinq ans et répond aux standards actuels de confort et d'équipement. Concernant la propreté, nous sommes conscients qu'en période de forte fréquentation, la perception peut varier selon le moment de votre passage. Nos équipes assurent néanmoins plusieurs interventions quotidiennes afin de maintenir les lieux dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Nous prenons note de votre remarque concernant le nombre de sanitaires. Afin d'améliorer encore le confort de nos campeurs, un nouveau bâtiment sanitaire viendra prochainement compléter les équipements existants. Enfin, les choix d'aménagement, notamment la configuration des espaces douches et toilettes, répondent à des contraintes techniques et fonctionnelles propres à l'établissement. Nous regrettons que ces installations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes et vous remercions pour votre retour qui contribue à notre démarche d'amélioration continue.

Aufenthalt war nur 3 Tage in einer der Villen.
Wir haben eine zweistöckige Villa gebucht. Wir waren zu dritt. Für 6 Personen wäre das Gebäude vielleicht etwas klein. Im 2. Stock kann man die Fenster nur kippen. Es war dadurch sehr warm oben.

Es sind nur ca. 100 m zum See und es war kein Problem auch an Pfingsten einen Stellplatz zu bekommen
Das Restaurant ist leider viel zu teuer und dafür nicht gut genug für einen Campingplatz.
Unser Stellplatz war schön groß. Der Baumbestand ist so angeordnet, dass Schatten und Sonne möglich sind, ganz nach den eigenen Wünschen
Die Reinigung des Badhauses sollte nicht nur um 8 Uhr früh erfolgen, da sonst das Haus den ganzen Tag verschmutzt ist. Durch die nasse Wiese und die vielen Kinder war der Boden sehr schmutzig
