We had an incident in the restaurant the very first day. Quite the negative experience with the manager of the restaurant, yelling at us. We avoided the restaurant for the rest of our stay.
We got a temporary spare cable to connect our camper. Your colleagues would come multiple times until we found the electrical fault.
Perhaps you can improve the WIFI coverage a bit.

The campsite is divided into nice parcels, which are divided my trees/hedges. The facilities are great and always very clean. The personnel is very kind and very helpful. Located very close to a beautiful sand beach.
We had a Pitch Plus for 2 weeks - came with own Caravan from Denmark, Pitch Plus is a good size for a 7 meter caravan incl 3 meter deep caravan tent. Electricity

Mobile home was great, kids loved shows in the evening.
Hazed windows looking into other mobile home which is right next to it. Drinks are way too expensive next to the pool.

A pleasant site with two good pool choices, slightly isolated position but not far from the beach. The restaurant was excellent
Pitch 1006 surface in need of maintenance as there were hollows making it uneven. Didn't have a power point easily accessible and had to wait to be connected in a locked cabinet. This process was repeated when leaving the pitch. The private toilet block was ideal except that the floor gets wet from the shower and consequently clothing gets wet from sitting on the toilet. In need of a duck board. If you arrive during the afternoon everything shuts down so one has to wait several hours before provisions can be bought, likewise the pool areas. Not good service

We lined the comfort plus pitch with our own bathroom. A great space! We also liked the friendliness of the staff de at the campsite and at the beach.
We needed to get adjusted to the loud animation.

We enjoyed our stay very much,the pitch suited us perfectly,the staff in reception were very nice and very helpful.The camp shop was great and so were the staff.We did feel that the toilets and showers needed cleaning throughout the day given the number of people on site and using them,sometimes we had to clean them before we could use them

Everything was ok.
Mobile home was located at the end of camping. It was a quiet area compare to the middle of the camping.
Due to distance from antenna Wi-fi connection was possible only outside of the Mobile home.

Schöner ruhiger Campingplatz mit Pool, MiniDisco, Theater, Tennisplatz, Fußballfeld und vielem mehr. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Der kleine Supermarkt bietet alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf und das Restaurant ist auch gut.
Die Stellplätze bieten ausreichend Schatten und sind je nach Größe ausgestattet.

Super Service und gepflegter Campingplatz
Wilkommensbox mit allem wichtigen Utensilien. Sehr bequemes Bett und alles grundsätzliche modern und in einem top Zustand.
Die Reinigung und Kontrolle des Inventars könnte besser sein. An der Bettleiter hat ein gebrauchtes Pflaster geklebt. Vieles der angegebenen Anzahl des Inventars hat nicht gestimmt oder gefehlt. Z.B. nur 4 Bettdecken, weniger Löffel, Handbesen oder das Abtropfgitter hat komplett gefehlt.

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Nur die Mücken waren sehr nervig. Aber da kann keiner was dafür.
Wir fanden sehr Schade das Animation nicht bis zur Saisonende statt gefunden hat. Die letzte Woche war einwenig langweilig.
Unser Mobilhome Glam war neuwertig und sauber. Es war mit Nötigsten ausgestattet. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert ( war auch sehr leise).

Il campeggio è tranquillo e pulito e non grande, questo permette di avere tutti i servizi a portata di mano. In bassa stagione è ideale se non si ama la confusione. La spiaggia mi ha stupita, pulita e mare bello. Ha ancora in che di " selvaggio" 😅. La abbiamo apprezzata molto.
Abbiamo usufruito del noleggio biciclette, ecco può essere decisamente migliorato. Le bici normali sono datate e scomode, ideali solo per brevi tragitti. Il market ha merce un po' datata...
La casetta smart è accogliente e pratica. Bella la veranda, comodo il bagno.
Qualche dotazione in più per pentole e stoviglie non guasterebbe. E un tavolino all' interno magari pieghevole sarebbe comodo. Il divano letto un po' dimensionato.

Alcunni staff (bar vicino reception), pronto per la chiusura dello stagione. Pulizia dei bagni in spiagga pessimo (in 10 giorni) non sono stati puliti.

Struttura bella, ordinata e pulita, peccato per le migliaia e migliaia di zanzare che non di lasciano in pace 24 ore su 24. Il silenzio notturno dopo le 24.00 non è garantito , noi abbiamo avuto dei vicino che facevano “baldoria” anche fino alle 02.00. Servizi igienici ristorante spiaggia molto sporchi (personale ok)e non degno per il tipo di campeggio.
Migliorate sorveglianza notturna così che il silenzio è rispettato dopo le 24.00 Tutto il personale ok anche se un po’ più di gentilezza e un qualche sorriso in più non sarebbe male.
Ottimo anche se troppo esposto al rumore della strada provinciale.

Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, Personal teilweise nett
Wäre schön wenn in einigen Bereichen auch etwas in Englisch gesprochen werden könnte, damit man das ein oder andere versteht. z.B Kinderdisco. Mehr auf internationale Gäste eingehen.

Casetta è nuova e diversa dalle altre. Finalmente la presenza di un bidè e frigo bello grosso.
Mancavano alcune posate, la varietà nella dimensione delle padelle.

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Auch die neuen Gebäude wie Rezeption, Bars, Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die sanitären Einrichtungen müssen dringend und umfassend saniert werden. Außerdem könnte mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Den Mitarbeitern fehlt das Auge für Details - wenn auf den Wegen Flaschen o.ä. liegen, sollten diese beseitigt werden. Das Gras auf den Stellplätzen ist viel zu hoch.
Die Stellplätze dieser Kategorie sind schön groß, ausreichend schattig und haben eine gute Lage.
Der Rasen muss öfter gemäht werden, außerdem sollte etwas gegen die Stechmücken unternommen werden.

Schwimmbäder waren hervorragend. Animation abends hat unseren Enkelkindern super gefallen. Vielen Dank an das Team.
Zu wenig Wasserstellen, weite Wege zim Wasser holen fürs Mobil. Wir waren 3 mal essen. War leider immer kein gutes Essen. So schlechte Pizza hatte ich noch nie. Die Lasagne war wohl schon ein paar Tage im Kühlschrank gelegen und wurde kurz aufgebau. War das Geld nicht wert.
Schöner ruhiger Stellplatz. Leider nahe am Sumpf, daher am Abend Invasion der Stechmücken.
