Camping Montorfano

A nice little place, quite remote, and very very good pizza. The slightly longer walk to the main toilets was fine for the most part though. The people were nice, and it was quiet. The rain woke us up and it was very relaxing.

There was no toilet roll in the main toilets, the private toilets were always locked, and the other toilets were squatting toilets (which are not a great option for me personally as I have knee issues!). The decor in the restaurant is a bit dated.

Every thing was perfect. The receptionist was here for every wonder. The bathroom was very clean. The is a swimming pool, football, basketball and volleyball pitch

Stayed 2 nights on a spacious pitch as site not busy at time of year. Good sanitary block. Friendly reception.

Site looked scruffy when first driving through permanent caravan/ chalets some were unkempt .

Friendly and helpful staff who were really accommodating to our needs. Shower and toilet block were exceptionally clean and the cleaning ladies were lovely.

Reception disorganised, lack of hot water in one toilet block, broken shower door lock, empty hand gel dispenser, poorly maintained roads, overgrown vegetation, too many permanent places- looks like a shanty town, noisy teenagers running around at 2am.

Toilet block was clean and new

Pitches were all muddy and sloping. No water available without walking to the toilet block. Overall site feel was shabby with permanent homes in rundown state.

Unsere kurzfristige Buchung auf der Rücktour hat nicht geklappt,war nicht im System und die 50% Anzahlung waren nicht auffindbar trotz Buchungsbestätigung. Bei nachweisbarer Bezahlung wurde uns der Betrag nicht zurück gebucht. Auf der Homepage verwirrt das Bild mit dem See!

Für uns war soweit alles in Ordnung

Rustige en nette camping, vriendelijk personeel, staanplaats voor 1 nacht wel op keien, nette douches en toilet, bestel dienst voor broodjes en lekkere pizza’s

Zeer rustige camping. Maar bepaalde plaatsen zijn wel te klein. Sanitair in het nieuwe blok is goed maar in het oude blok te mijden. Het is nodig om alle eten bij te hebben. Uitstekende plaats om Como te bezoeken met de bus.

Douches gaan afwisselend warm en koud. Broodjesservice zou interessant zijn.

An diesem Campingplatz gibt es einfach nichts was positiv zu bewerten wäre. Sanitärräume einfach unbrauchbar . Platz ungemütlich, einfach hässlich . Alles alt und runtergekommen . Wir waren nur eine Nacht ….. am anderen Morgen nichts wie weg und nicht wieder kommen!

Alles , der Platz ist nicht zu retten.

Freundlicher Empfang, saubere Sanitärs, viele Dauercamper und Mobilhomes. Wasserdruck beim Duschen seeehr gering. Kein WC-Papier in den WC (2•)

Freundliches Personal - renovierte Sanitäranlagen ok und sauber - Pizza im Restaurant lecker - sonst keine weiteren Einrichtungen genutzt.

Das unrenovierte WC mit dem französischen Klo - absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollte dringend reserviert werden. Leider haben wir einen total matschigen Platz zugewiesen bekommen (hatte geregnet an dem Tag) Zu lange Wartezeiten morgens bei den Brötchen.

Sauberer Waschhäuser, Nettes Personal, gute Platzgröße
