Everything from checkin, to facilities and proximity to town was fantastic. The shuttle bus was a fantastic experience as well in some tough weather.

Michael Shiel Mountain biking was excellent.
Evening entertainment too loud. Evening entertainment too late music and noise often later than 23:30. Poor customer service by reception staff - particularly the older, more senior ones. Showers nowhere to keep clothes dry. Noisy evening entertainment every night. Swimming pool music too loud during the day. Bracelets for payment - please use cash. No refunds- terrible customer service. No adult exercise area.

The campsite is very well looked after and the staff are so friendly! To be able to explore the region this is the perfect base! We visited this site 5 years ago and had fond memories, actually this stay exceeded our expectations! A great pool, café/bar, restaurant as well as take away pizza as an option. Combined with a free bus into town I cannot suggest anything that could have made our holiday better! Thank you to all the staff at the campsite for your friendliness and professionalism! We will be back, and we won't wait for another 5 years!
Having your own bathroom facilities makes a huge difference and having shade under a tree is perfect.
The ground can be very hard if you need to use ground pegs, even heavy duty pegs were bending! The pitch dimensions meant that we struggled to pitch our trailer tent in the best way, 4.5 x 9m needs a relatively long pitch but these were occupied. Regardless we adjusted and this did not have a negative impact on the holiday, just an observation.

Very enjoyable family holiday with great services and amenities, particularly the private bathroom. Excellent and useful bus service to and from town/beach.

We loved or stay here again (5th time visiting) the only negative this year was the site was very noisy during the night. Bikes riding around well past midnight, noisy families. I feel that this needs looking into. We haven’t experienced this on previous visits.

No tree shadows in the pitch, too much hot for summer. And the bathroom was not cleaned during one week.
To have a private bathroom in the pitch is a must.

Carino ma caro . Ridicolo non poter andare in spiaggia a Varigotti con la navetta albergo se non prenotando la spiaggia. Troppo caro tutto

Troppo assolato no alberi. Avrei prenotato quella con bagno privato avessi saputo che erano in ombra completamente.
Buongiorno, La navetta per la spiaggia è gratuita e porta alla spiaggia di Finale Ligure dalle 9.30 alle 23,30 ogni ora, le corse supplementari dirette a Varigotti sono esclusive per lo stabilimento privato della struttura e non è ridicolo è un servizio in più per chi utilizza la nostra spiaggia. inoltre se uno vuole raggiungere qualsiasi località limitrofa (Varigotti compresa) può farlo gratuitamente con i bus di linea che sono appunto gratuiti usando la tourist card compresa nel soggiorno.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff could not be more helpful. 2 bedroom bungalow was spacious and had the advantage of outdoor veranda. Free shuttle bus to town centre and private beach. Approximately 20 minute walk. Would recommend hiring bikes from reception for about 8 euros to explore the spectacular mountains - though you need to be reasonably fit to tackle the steep windy roads. This was our first visit to the Italian Riviera but we will be definitely be back.

Communication in English was a little bit difficult with the staff at the reception.
The weather was too hot for us.
Private bathroom and toilet were really convenient.
The real size was only 53 m2 so it isn’t Place A gold. It was difficult to park our motor home there. Also we were charged electricity extra even though it was supposed to be included in the price.
