Quiet campsite with grassy pitch and Ed had a wonderful view of Lake Orta
If only the toilets were better I would give this site an Excellent mark. For ladies there were 2 sit on toilets, one with no seat, and one with 3 out of 4 seat supports missing. I saw nobody using the 3 or 4 squat toilets so why have them? In one toilet in constant use the toilet paper ran out. And if people need the toilet, they cannot just wait until cleaners have finished.
Flat grassy pitches with good electric and water supplies close by.
In busy periods the pitches would be too cramped. Also a lot of electric lighting at night. Campsite was quiet but the neighbours outside were very noisy in a Saturday night for hours.

Very pretty site, lovely helpful staff, great views. Near train station so we took a trip to Milan. Lake Orta is gorgeous.
Toilets definitely need updating. Only one ‘normal’ toilet and 3 squatting, often a small queue for ‘normal’ toilet. Showers were clean, disappointing to have to pay 50cents for them though. Swimming pool ok, hats obligatory.

We love this camp-site because you immediately feel at home once you are there. There are a lot of greens around you. Very nice surroundings for hikers and bikers. Paolo and his staff are very welcoming, always helpful, nice and relaxed. Thank you for this great vacation!

Meget smal vej op til pladsen så pas på når du kører op. Og tag den vej op ved tankstationen. Vi fik taget den først via google Maps som var helt gal. Ramte en kantsten og punkterede på det ene dæk på campingvognen. Med hjælp fra lokale, råd om vej og et reservedæk. Kom vi dog frem. Stor tak til de lokale folk for deres hjælp og venlighed

Toilet facilities could be improved Site is probably better for smaller camper vans We were in a tent, the ground was stoney and hard and could be felt when walking in the tent. Another distraction from what is a very nice site was the amount of flies and mossies

Lovely views from the camping site. Small camping site and very helpful owner and staff.
Maybe better explanation information on the shower deposit scheme and the much appreciated services of the freezer and cooler that I did eventually find on site. The web site mentioned a bus service discount was available but nothing available when I asked for this information on the site. The recycle bin area could be easily improved.

Magnifique région! Camping calme et ombragé. Climatisation appréciée. Accueil très sympathique , le gérant parle très bien français.

Deux nuits passées dans ce camping, au calme. Accueil très agréable et propreté des lieux. Tout ceci pour un prix très correct.
Terrain très adapté pour des courts séjours. Nous avions de la place et du calme pour la nuit. Le camping étant sur les hauteurs du lac, il faisait moins chaud. Parfait !

Het is een fijne rustige camping die hoger dan het Orta meer op een berg ligt. Langs verschillende leuke wandelpaden kun je naar beneden (15 min) en omhoog (30 min) voor een boodschapje of een duik in het super schone meer. Het zwembad van 5x10 meter is ruim voldoende voor lekker poedelen. Sanitair is wat ouder maar wordt prima schoongehouden. Je leest soms over blaffende honden en kerkklokken. Ja blaffende honden hoor je in de verte, maar zeker niet storend. En de kerkklokken, dat geeft sfeer, als je dat niet leuk vindt dan moet je niet naar Italië gaan.
Minpunt vinden we de straatverlichting van de camping, veel te felle witte LED verlichting. Dat haalt de sfeer uit de avond, als je pech hebt dan heb je eentje dichtbij staan. Ons voorstel om deze te vervangen door lage lantaarns met zachte kleur verlichting. Deze staan er al, maar sommige werken niet. Het sluiten van zwembad tussen 12:30 en 15:00 vanwege rust is begrijpelijk, maar misschien wat overtrokken. Zoveel onrust geeft dat niet, het zou fijn zijn als je dan ook kunt afkoelen op warme dagen.
Prima standplaats voor grote tent en slaaptent. Ruime koelkast was beschikbaar.

Die Toiletten könnten eine Sanierung gebrauchen und die Duschen sind auch nicht empfehlenswert zumal auch noch kostenpflichtig. Eigentlich war es ein Stellplatz der sonst nur die Hälfte kostet
Der Platz war okay, aber der Preis viel zu hoch.

Camping familial. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les installations sont très bien. Des frigos sont mis a disposition pour quelques denrées ce qui est pas mal l'été.
Ayez des pièces de 50 cts pour la douche ! Et n'oubliez pas votre adaptateur spécial camping si vous prenez un emplacement avec électricité.
J'ai été déplacée sur un autre espace. Il y a de l'ombre. Des oiseaux au chant étrange agrémentent l'univers sonore.
Si vous n'êtes pas courageux, il faut prendre la voiture pour se rendre au bord du lac. Le retour monte fort...
