"Absolutely excellent superbly well run campsite"The campsite is absolutely excellent. The staff are so friendly and the information is detailed and so useful. We requested a quiet pitch and it was exactly that - shady, quiet and peaceful despite the campsite being busy. The restaurant pizzas are great and the pastries from the shop are amazing. You can walk directly along the lakeside and swim in the lake from the private pontoon., or walk/cycle to Portese for the Lake Ferry. We will definitely return.

"Camping "Super nice staff.
Our first pitch was not good and very exposed. Noisy. You have this feedback from my husband already. A barrier was put up to stop people parking on our porch but this should have been done from day one… we moved pitch’s for the final two nights which was so much better and wish we had been able to do this sooner.

I liked the second plot. First had no own water supply and was by the bins and very noisy .. people used front section to park on. Second pitch was great - 110.
