We loved this site, one of the best we have ever been to. Spotless facilities, everything you need to have a great stay. And then, there are the stunning mountains that surround the site too.
Maybe the signage for the rubbish bins and chemical toilet facility.
Pitch for our camper was a good size with electric. Quiet at night.

Vi booked a motor home stop for two nights, it was nice and quiet. The facilities on the site were good and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

We stayed for three days at the beginning of September. Despite it being the off-season, quite a lot of pitches were already occupied. There is a local bar on the campsite where you can enjoy delicious croissants, coffee and drinks. A big advantage of the campsite is its location, as it is very close to the town, making it easy to walk there. The campsite is clean and has a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere. There is also a fridge and freezer available for guests, which is a great plus.
One downside is that the toilets and showers are located in the same room, which can be a little inconvenient.
We stayed in a van and were given a large pitch where we had plenty of space to set up comfortably. Our pitch was in one of the side sections of the campsite, where it was quiet and peaceful.

The facilities were excellent and the whole building beautifully designed and decorated. It was kept very clean.
Although everyone cleaned up after their dogs, they were using areas where people were putting their tents down or children were sitting on. Some large camp sites have designated dog areas
All the basics were there.
A very small double for two people so we had to convert the sitting area into a second bed. It was impossible to close the door to use the toilet, and if you wanted to use the sink you had to lift the toilet out! Our friends at 11 had a much larger caravan with two singles, a proper small bathroom and a large enclosed attachment. I think they paid the same rate which seemed a little unfair

It was a nice campsite, clean showers & toilets and close to the local town where there's food, bikes to hire. Also in walking distance to some chair lifts.
The campsite is smaller than it looks on the pictures, we actually asked to change spots as we were in a camper van & the one we originally had was tiny. Also we weren't aware until we arrived that you are not allowed to leave the campsite in a vehicle between 11pm-7am. It's like having a curfew lol. We had an early excursion booked so had to leave at 6am, so we had to stay in the car park outside of the campsite for the night so we could actually leave. Also there no swimming pool, in one of the pictures they make it look like there is one but that's just the hotel next door - bit cheeky

Originally we were put in a tiny spot, that was really hard to get into because of the length of the van. We asked to move and were put in the car park for 2 nights and then a different spot for the following 2 nights.

We are sorry you didn't inform yourself enough that our campsite has no swimmingpool but you supposed we have a pool! :-D For safety reasons and silence and peace during night, the gates are closed, those infos are described in booking conditions & and rules of campsite, but as for the pool you did not read enough! it's a pity! Everything, the bathroom is very clean and very well equipped.
I think the only downside is it is abit bright at night, so abit difficult to fall asleep but other than that, excellent camping ground! Also, the soil is abit too hard and take some time to stick into the hole for tent.

Excellent location with fantastic facilities. The site is very well maintained and the facilities were clean and impressive. A great base for exploring the area, and we particularly appreciated how well suited it was to motorhomes.
Unfortunately, our experience in the restaurant was disappointing. We felt the interaction with the waitress was unnecessarily confrontational. She asked why everyone laughs when she says food service is stopping. We hadn't realised we'd done this and, if we did, it would only have been a nervous reaction — never intended to be rude. We are genuinely not people who want to upset or offend anyone, so the interaction left us feeling quite uncomfortable.
Fantastic location and excellent facilities. The site is very clean and well maintained, with everything you could need for a motorhome stay. A great base for exploring the area and we would happily return.
We stayed in the overflow car park. Although we understand that the location is exceptional, €77 felt expensive for the pitch we were given, as it overlooked a car park and busy road and wasn't particularly attractive. We feel a reduced rate for the overflow/car-park pitches would be more appropriate.

Well situated, friendly and well kept camping with loads to do in the beautiful mountains. We had a wonderful time. Also really enjoyed the 80’s pop music in the toilets (there are others without the pop music if it’s not your thing!)
Can’t be improved but be warned the pitches are small and closed together - but when you experience how lovely the site and area are then it makes sense that so many people would want to stay there.

Check in was smooth, campsite has everything, great restaurant, excellent and clean bathrooms, laundry & washing up facilities
Not being made to feel like a naughty school child because you couldn’t understand the instructions for using the washing machine
Yes we booked late and they fitted us in but we were definitely in the overflow part of the site, with tents & tent boxes.
People washing up (the water is cold!) and cleaning teeth in the sinks which were for filling up drinking water (potable). People washing fruit but leaving water running for 5 minutes!

There is the silence and the calm in the camp. Nice camp restaurant. Toailets are still clean. Close to the village.

I was completely satisfied with everything: the beautiful nature around the campsite, the facilities (showers, restrooms, washstations, cafeteria), and the friendly host.
The campsite was spacious, and the water station and showers were close by. Plus, camping on the grass made sleeping so comfortable.
