Well kept resort with high standard and a nice atmosphere.
The sun lounges by the pool could be softer. We really liked the joint dinner buffets and could be arranged more frequently.

We enjoyed a delightful stay, our first, at Grottamiranda. As we met the other guests, we immediately understood why so many had returned from previous visits. There is a perfect balance of places to socialize and places to retreat over the course of a day. We loved the yoga and meditation sessions, the heated pool, the wellness center, and the terraces. The conviviality was rare and joyful. Martine and Pierre took care of every need and even set up a projection screen so that we could all watch the World Cup after dinner
We were comfortable and found every desired amenity at hand. The shaded private terrace was a perfect spot for breakfasts and lunches.

An amazing oasis surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Apulia. Pierre and Martine are the perfect hosts where we were treated more like family members than guests staying at their resort.

From the moment that we walked through the gate we were made to feel very welcome . Pierre and Martine could not be more hospitable. An absolutely fabulous stay. Can’t wait to return.

Clean tidy upon arrival and cleaner came in every few days afterwards. Comfortable double bed below a very attractive ceiling!

Our charming hosts, Martine and Pierre, were friendly, accommodating, and gracious in making us feel at home. They went out of their way to suggest daily destinations, restaurants, and activities. The grounds are thoughtfully designed so that shade and sunshine are always available. I admire their choices of native plants for landscaping. The recent addition of a large sauna and outdoor wellness platform, to go along with the hot tub, cold tub, and whirlpool are marvellous. Kudos to the hosts for their weekly evening of wine tasting, and a weekly buffet of locally prepared delicacies.

Our hosts Martine and Pierre always give such a wonderful personal service and they care very much that we have the best of times
A more varied menu and choice of meals each day. The food is always good, fresh and local to the region, which we love.
We like this particular room because of it's location at the end, near the jacuzzi and soft seating and the outdoor space is flexible with two aspects.
The flies and mosquitoes are a bit of a nuisance but I suppose inevitable for the region - we get used to them!

Firstly the hosts Martine and Pierre were brilliant showing us the facilities and were always ensuring we had everything we needed. They made the point of introducing us to other guests to widen our network. Hosts were also very helpful offering advice on local sightseeing trips etc. The special food nights were a real treat with a group of good people from all over the world. Cannot fault and Ann and I have already agreed if we are in the region again, we will revisit but this time longer.

The accommodation was spot on with all needed equipment and facilities, very clean and comfortable. After 9 weeks travelling around Italy, this was the best we encountered. The resort was fantastic. Spacious, clean, tidy, nice little bar, great pool and spas.
Not a big thing from pour perspective, but the lack of shower screening did wet the bathroom floor. Perhaps a screen along one side would mitigate that issue. But this did not deter from our stay whatsoever.

Resort and rooms immaculately maintained. Amenities including food and beverage service, local advice, pool, hot tub, plunge pool, sauna excellent and tastefully provided. "Special" weekly nights including food and wine tastings/buffets well done and provided the impetus for social interaction among guests of a variety of nationalities.Hosts, notwithstanding the obvious and continuous work necessarily involved, remain passionate about their business product and the locality. First time there. Likely not the last, notwithstanding our distance away.

Relaxed atmosphere, good food and comfortable room. Plenty of things organised by Pierre and Martine such as grape picking and wine treading, bbq and puglian buffet.
Nice room with adequate cooking facilities
We would have preferred a room with no mezzanine, as the stairs were quite steep, but this was our first time here so we didn’t know. Next time we visit, we will no what type of room to book. A toaster in the room to enable us to make toast for breakfast would have been useful.

We absolutely loved our time at the resort. The freedom to be yourself, the relaxing property, the quality of food, yoga, and activities are fantastic. The hosts go above and beyond to welcome you and to create serendipity between guests (if you want to be social). We Would love to return.
I’m genuinely can’t think of anything to improve. The hosts provide information about everything in a binder. As long as you read it to understand how the property works everything is great 👍
Air conditioning in the room is great for when it’s really hot outside. The bed is very comfortable and it has a lot of storage for long term stays. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal (and we learned how to make pasta from scratch)
Shower doesn’t have a cabin so when you take a shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. If you come back later in the day to use the toilet the floor is wet. It’s not a big deal because there is a mop to easily clean the floor and you walk around barefoot or in slippers most of the time. Just a minor point.

It was a perfect place to stay as our hosts Pierre & Martine went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The other guests were all very friendly and language was not a barrier. The pool area was lovely, meals available cooked by Stefano, excursions planned sauna, hot tub iced tub then add to the delicious cocktails made by Tim and great yoga classes by Vincent.

Stayed for two weeks in July 25. The resort is tastefully decorated with all the facilities you may want. Pierre and Martine are excellent hosts and promote a friendly atmosphere where guests from all over the world can meet and make new friends. All staff are friendly and very helpful.
Somewhere to get together in the evening when there is inclement weather.

Took a long time for hot water to come through in the shower - wasted a lot of water.

We loved our week at Grottamiranda. The atmosphere was friendly, the ambience was relaxed and the buildings and grounds were elegant and beautiful. Hosts Pierre and Martine were simply wonderful - we felt more like friends than guests - they were always willing to go the extra mile. We particularly enjoyed the tasting of Puglia wines Pierre offered. His knowledge of the region's history and its wines was impressive. The food available onsite and the morning bakery supplies were also wonderful: delicious and fresh. There were many other highlights during our week. Thank you Pierre and Martine
Our room was airy and cool and very well organised with a generous space for storage of luggage and clothes. We loved the decor - elegant and simple. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were supplied with no fuss. Air conditioning was powerful and needed with temperatures hitting the high 30's. The kitchen was well kitted out for preparing breakfast, coffee and simple meals.

Martine and Pierre make everyone so welcome and ensure that there are no issues during the stay. Really good Wine tasting, Apulian Buffet and Fish Barbeque evenings allow you to eat, drink and be merry with the other guests. Very good morning yoga sessions with Vincent, although the evening relaxation sessions did sometime clash with the boules matches. The sauna and accompanying hot and cold baths are a lovely "wellness" addition to this resort.

We had a wonderful stay here. Owners Pierre and Martine work very hard to give guests a relaxing time. Loved the pool, the fish dinner evening and Pierre's wine evening. Met some lovely people.
