A very well run campsite with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. It is set in a picturesque rural valley and has a nice pool and restaurant area. The wash block is modern and kept spotlessly clean. It is predominantly a Dutch site and is very suitable for families with children (toddlers up to young teenagers) particularly in high season when we were there.
The only drawback for us is that we were staying there so that we could visit family and friends who have a holiday home in this region. As such we were frequently driving in and out of the site in our motorhome. Due to its rural location the access is via narrow twisty turny single track roads for several miles. So the drive in and out did become a bit tiresome and you were always worried you’d meet a large vehicle or caravan coming the other way (which by pure luck we didn’t!). Finally, local supermarkets are some distance away so make sure you stock up beforehand!

Large natural camping areas, very quiet, owners very welcoming, excellent facilities, super calm.
We underestimated how far from town the site was - small shop selling essentials would have been useful.
Pitches all open and guidance given on sun direction and which pitches got most sun. Allowed to pick out own pitch - water, EHU very close. Each pitch had it's own recycling bins and the owners provided the bags for this.

We enjoyed our stay, mostly due to the company we were with and the pool.
The pool opening times can be improved. Having the pool close at 18:00 on days with 35 degrees seem very unreasonable.
Very nice safaritent and nice located above the main area among the trees. Loved sitting on the terrace at night.

The welcome we received after a long drive was amazing, and the owners of the site were so friendly and welcoming.

The whole site was lovely, with very spacious pitches. The facilities were lovely and clean...........but best of all was the amazing pool, which with the temperatures we encountered, was a truly welcome site!!

A fantastic, spacious campsite with a natural feel. The owners were incredibly kind and always available to help. Since it wasn’t high season, we could choose our own spot, which was a great bonus. The on-site restaurant was lovely, and although the swimming pool was a bit cold, it was still very enjoyable.
It’s perfect, we don’t have any suggestions!

Modern clean facilities, nice bar area and restaurant serving good food. Also has a nice swimming pool area and the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The campsite itself is absolutely fine. Unfortunately when we were staying there the only access was via a long single track road which might have been problematic if we had met any large caravans or motorhomes coming in the opposite direction. There was a much shorter route in but it was closed as a new bridge was being built so this issue will be resolved at some point

Prachtige camping met goede en zeer nette voorzieningen. Alles is aanwezig, je hoeft de camping niet af als je er een paar nachten verblijft. Heel gastvrij, super aardig personeel. Warm ontvangen. Ideaal dat alles op rekening kan en einde verblijf in 1x kan worden afgerekend.
Zeer ruime plek. Gezellig in een laantje.
Open plek, weinig schaduw. Het was heel warm dus vroeg de tent uit gesmolten. Voor ons geen probleem maar voor een ander wellicht wel. Bovenop de berg staat af en toe wel een lekker briesje.

zwembad is leuk, vooral voor de kleintjes als voor mensen die zwemdiploma's hebben. Als je echt voor natuur komt en alleen op de camping wil blijven waar geen eigen internet is, (er is openbaar internet van de camping zelf) dan is dit echt de camping. Ruime plek
Achterstallig onderhoud zoals in het zwembad staan schildpadden, een daarvan is met ductape 1 gemaakt. De camping heet Comfort maar ik weet niet waar dat op doelt. Er is een benauwd smal weggetje naar de camping waar je geen tegenliggers wil hebben met de caravan op camper. Deze tocht duurt 20 minuten voordat je bij de camping bent. het sanitairgebouw is zoals je vroeger bij een camping had, is netjes maar niet gemoderniseerd. Geen eigen internet, internet die er is werkt traag en vaak niet dan wel en de snellere tegen betaling doet het ook niet goed als je boven zit op Standplaats Basis XL

De camping is relatief klein maar heeft wel alle faciliteiten die wij graag willen zoals een mooi zwembad met ligbedjes, restaurant, speeltuin en tafeltennis tafels.
Het sanitair is wat verouderd maar wel zeer schoon De camping is afgelegen, dichtstbijzijnde stadje is 25 minuten rijden.
De standplaats was ruim genoeg voor onze caravan met voortent.

Mooie ruime camping, sanitair top, fantastisch zwembad alleen naar ons gevoel iets TE Nederlands : laat ons zeggen dat wanneer er 100 auto's op de camping staan, er 98 Nederlandse nummerplaten zijn. Er wordt ook vanuit gegaan dat je Nederlander bent want de doorsnee campgast spreekt jou gewoon meteen in het nederlands aan. We misten daardoor het échte EVEN WEG gevoel soms.
Zwembad iets langer open houden, de eigenaars vind ik ..... persoonlijk, niet altijd even vriendelijk : soms had ik het gevoel of ik hen stoorde als ik iets wou vragen. Het op voorhand kiezen van een plekje, bleek ons achteraf 25 euro extra te kosten ( wat we niet verwacht hadden ). We betaalden iets meer dan 1000 euro voor 11 nachten wat we uiteindelijk, om te kamperen, toch wel vrij duur vonden.
