We upgraded our pitch as standard was small and low amp electric, the next level pitch was ideal for our large uk Van and car. Showers and facilities were excellent.
Water was a long way from pitch. Kids playing football in coach park at night was Noisy, but not too late.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spoke very good English. Toilet block very clean and well presented. Well stocked shop even though it's end of season.
Can't think of anything to improve this site for us.

Nothing positive to say about our experience at this campsite
We booked for 2 nights for the sole purpose of visiting Florence. When we arrived we were told there was a bus strike the following day. The campsite is a 35 minute bus ride from Florence with no other transport options for anyone in a motorhome. If the campsite had informed us about the bus strike before arrival it would have given us the chance to adjust our plans. If you book this campsite, call them the day before to check the buses are running as apparently the strikes happen quite regularly. Sadly the lack of communication from the campsite meant that we were not able to visit Florence.
Swimming pool and restaurant looked nice but we didn’t use either. Shower and toilet facilities were fine.
No privacy between pitches. Pitch that we were on was very uneven.

Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere on the camp site. Very nice restaurant good food and prices.
Most of the hooks in the ( men’s) showers are broken and one door does not lock. It would also be nice to have liquid soap for washing hands in the toilets. There are a lot of dogs on site but no dog waste bins. Lastly there is some rubbish around the table tennis area. People shouldn’t leave rubbish but some do ( empty bottles mostly) I took these away myself, but they were there for 4 days at least. None of these improvements would cost much money and they would improve the camping experience.

Easy access to Florence by buss just outside camping. You can buy busstickets at the reception and they are very helpful. This is a perfect camping when you are to discover Tuscany.
The pool is nice. The helpfullness in how to reach Florence by buss.
The small pitches make you stay very close to your neigbours. Standard pitches are a bit small so a mover on your caravan is a good thing.

The site is a bit tired everywhere. It ok but without reinvestment it will get more tired

Great campsite with clean and well maintained facilities. Welcoming staff, convenience store and restaurant. Bus into Florence right outside campsite is 45 mins. Great location, spectacular scenery and definitely recommended.

The restaurant and pool area are very nice. Reception staff are very helpful. The location is great for visiting Florence using the bus stop outside the campsite.
We stayed in an apartment/bungalow for 2 people with air conditioning
No air conditioning in the bedroom so had to leave the bedroom door open to let the cooler air from the kitchen in. Not a major issue as it was cool enough to sleep, but don’t expect a freezing cold bedroom

It was shady, green and peaceful. The pool was lovely and the staff excellent. We had a problem with our camper's gas bottle and a very kind man in the shop helped us.
The pitch was level, shady and green, the sanitary block always clean. The public transport connection into Florence was conveniently close.

Das Sanitärgebäude, welches wir benutzten, war teilweise in ungepflegten Zustand, es fehlten Kleiderhaken und Ablagemöglichkeiten

Alle auf dem Platz beschäftigten Personen waren überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Sanitäranlagen waren zweckmäig und immer sauber. Der Platz ist ruhig und gepflegt und wird mit Umsicht organisiert. Sogar die Abfahrtszeiten für den Bus nach und von Florenz werden den Besuchern präsentiert.
Der Stellplatz war ausreichend groß und durch Bäume beschattet und gegliedert.
