We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the swimming pool, the bus stop nearby, the restaurant, and your spacious, shaded pitch. We appreciate your comment about the sanitary facilities and will take it into consideration for future improvements. Regarding check-out, our reception staff are available from 8:00 am, which is why formal check-out is possible from that time. However, if you wish to leave earlier, it is possible to exit from 7:00 am, and payment can be made the evening before departure. We hope this flexibility can make your next stay more convenient. We’re sorry to hear that the limited public bus service affected your stay. Unfortunately, public transportation in San Marino is not managed by us and can sometimes be limited, especially during certain hours. However, we would like to point out that our private shuttle service was available in the evening to help guests reach nearby destinations more easily. We also take note of your comments regarding the pool access system and the reception service, and we will use them to continue improving. We hope to welcome you again in the future and offer you an even better experience.

In low season the guest can choose from the available pitches we show directly at the check-in on our map. When a pitch is taken the guest must leave something big inside so everyone can see that the pitch it's not available. It's also written everywhere. This usually never happens; it occurred because the guest had informed us that they were in the pitch number you had selected, but it turned out that the number was incorrect. We allowed you to take the pitch you had chosen without any issues because we realized shortly after your check-in that the pitch was indeed available. We’d like to clarify that this was an exception. We’re very sorry if we caused you any inconvenience, as that was certainly not our intention. We hope to see you again soon for another stop in the area, and we wish you a pleasant evening to you and your beautiful family.
