Regarding waste collection, we would like to inform you that in the dedicated area all the bins for separate waste collection are available and clearly prepared for our guests. We’re sorry to hear that the limited public bus service affected your stay. Unfortunately, public transportation in San Marino is not managed by us and can sometimes be limited, especially during certain hours. However, we would like to point out that our private shuttle service was available in the evening to help guests reach nearby destinations more easily. We also take note of your comments regarding the pool access system and the reception service, and we will use them to continue improving.
