If you had informed us during your stay, we would have been happy to move you to one of the flatter pitches that were available. This would have allowed you to level your motorhome properly and most likely avoid any issues with the refrigerator. Hello Miss Tracy, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for appreciating our restaurant, the free shuttle service to San Marino, and our convenient location close to the historic centre. Regarding the terrain, as we are located in San Marino, a hilly area by nature, it is normal for the campsite to have some steep sections. This is a characteristic feature of the local landscape and is part of what makes the area unique. The Wi-Fi connection can also be affected in some areas by the terrain and the layout of the site. We continuously work to improve the service and provide the best possible experience for our guests. As for the swimming pool, it is normal for it to be closed before the start of the summer season. The pool opens in May, as indicated in the property information, and was therefore not yet available during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback. However, we would like to point out that our pool officially opens every year in June, so it is normally not available to guests at the end of May. We are however a little surprised by the score given to the entertainment/animation services. As indicated in our information, entertainment activities are available only during the summer season and therefore were not active during your stay.
