Really nice stay with a beautiful access to the river. All is very familiar and we made great friends. It's really family orientated. The children had a great time!
Everything is pretty new. Access to the river is really good and the pool and resto as well. The playground is nice and the staff really nice. I liked especially gadegts like a children shower, tools to reapir a bike or a community barbecue and electric plancha
Depending on your spot you might be really close to the street and the animation in the evening was too long when you have small children. 23 o`clock should be max

Very nice and relaxed campsite and staff.
Water pressure of drinking water and showers should be increased. Lights should stay on in the showers after 10pm.

We enjoyed just over two weeks here in summer. The site is relatively small but excellently managed. The sanitary facilities were always clean and if a very high standard. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and we always got sun beds. The bar and restaurant have a great selection of drinks and food. We ate there a few times and the menu is varied and food delicious. The location next to the river and the bike path, allows lots of days of fun without needing a car. Ruoms is easily accessible by bike, and could be walked.

We had a lovely pitch over looking the river. It was quite sunny but had some shade. However, we had been warned in advance so were able to bring an event shelter.

Friendly staff and a cosy campground. Everything was super great, you could sense that it was family owned and felt welcoming from the start. Nice that it was a smaller camp ground.
There were not enough toilets. Though the facilities were great!
It was a nice pitch both with sun and shade. It was a nice touch that we had a fence behind the caravan, as it didn't feel as crammed.

Mixture of sun and shade on most pitches. Fabulous toilets and showers. Short walk into village with supermarket, bar and winery. Access to river from site down steps. Bar and restaurant on site. Lovely pool.

The pitches were clean and a reasonable size. Very good location close to the river . Easy access to walks and Via Ardeche cycle route. Facilities were clean and modern.
Access to the motor home pitches was tight with far to many low tree branches that need pruning The music from the ba in the eveningr was the worse aspect. It was far too loud Al it went on far past 11pm which were supposed to be silent. We would be reluctant to return to this site with such a loud singing till late at night.

Nous sommes désolés pour le bruit et le gêne occasionnée, je suppose que vous parlez de la journée et soirée du dimanche 08/09. Effectivement c'était bruyant! Déjà, par le concours de pétanque, suivi de la soirée au bar. C'était un peu une fête de fin de saison, avec amis et voisins... Mais je suis d'accord avec vous, cela n'aurait pas du perturber notre clientèle. En espérant vous accueillir de nouveau au camping du Pont.

Nice pool and bar and convenient for shop and restaurants. Lovely hidden beach by the river 10 minutes walk away. Area good for walking and cycling.

A lovely place with plenty of activities close by: hiking, swimming, climbing. A nice bar and a very friendly crew. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance.

Stacaravan voor 6 personen is te klein om met 6 volwassen mensen te verblijven.
Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback. U heeft onze faciliteiten en ons verblijf, de ligging en de nabijheid van de Ardèche gewaardeerd. Onze Family-stacaravans met 3 slaapkamers zijn wellicht beter geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen; we begrijpen dat u zich misschien wat krap hebt gevoeld... Dat spijt ons! We hopen dat uw verblijf desondanks aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan en dat u van deze prachtige regio hebt genoten!

Die direkte Lage an der Ardeche
Die Müll und Glascontainer liefen über. Sie wurden eine ganze Woche lang nicht entleert.
Der Stellplatz war ausreichend groß. Noch schöner sind die Plätze mit Terasse und Aussicht.
Vielleicht Wasser und Grauwasser für die Plätze mit Terasse.
Sehr geehrter Herr, wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie uns Ihre Eindrücke nach Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserer Einrichtung mitgeteilt haben. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen zur Kenntnis, die uns helfen, uns zu verbessern. Die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich der Müllcontainer tut uns leid. Tatsächlich finden in der Hochsaison zwei Abholungen pro Woche statt. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass zum Saisonende so viele Gäste da sein würden, und ja, eine Abfuhr reichte nicht aus! Zumal die Nachbarn sich nicht scheuen, ihren Müll bei uns abzustellen! Auf jeden Fall haben Ihnen unsere Stellplätze und unsere Ausstattung gefallen, und darüber freuen wir uns sehr. Die Aufteilung des Campingplatzes, die Lage direkt am Fluss (wenn man auch ein paar Minuten laufen musste), die naturnahe und doch sinnreiche Gestaltung, Komfort und Sauberkeit der sanitären anlagen, Swimmingpool, Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Die Einrahmung der Parzellen mit sauber geschnittenem Gebüsch und Bäumen - genau die richtige Mischung zwischen sonne und Schatten.

Unser Aufenthalt war ganz wunderbar. Nicht nur die Gegend und der kleine familiäre Campingplatz sind zauberhaft, sondern auch das gesamte Team ist sehr charmant und sympathisch. Vielen Dank für die tollen Urlaubstage.
Der Stellplatz, den wir das dritte Mal reserviert haben ist der beste ;) Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert.
