The staff were super friendly. The campsite was nicely laid out and the pitches were a good size. The food at the restaurant was great quality and pretty good value. The toilet block was kept clean and tidy.
Sometimes the water in the showers didn't run at all and sometimes it only ran for a few seconds. That could be improved. The river level was low (again not your fault), but not great for swimming.
Good size pitches, nicely laid out. We were camping but the other options looked great too.
Ground was a bit hard to put pegs in but I realise there's nothing you can really do about that.
Thank you for leaving a review. You stayed at our small campsite during a drought (the Doux Valley had reached crisis level), so the ground could have been hard and dry and the river level very low. But it has rained a little since then, and the river is flowing again. Indeed, there is not much we can do about it...

Stayed for two nights. The site is set in a super quiet location, off the beaten track, in a really pretty setting. The on site restaurant served excellent food in a quaint outdoor area that provided an excellent atmosphere. The facilities were incredibly clean and hot water plentiful. Access to the river was great for young families. Small play area for children. Fresh bread and croissants available in the mornings and a small selection of essentials (milk / eggs). Site was really quiet after 10pm

Pitches were adequate and mixed in with littles lodges. Nicely broken up by trees and mature hedges.
Those wanting lots of space on their pitch or space between pitches may be disappointed.

An unbelievable site. The owners are so friendly , it automatically feels like a warm place to be. It is at the end of a lane so completely isolated, surrounded by a river, the scenery is stunning. It has a lovely little shop with some of the essentials, croissants and bread can be ordered for the morning. The little restaurant overlooking the river is again pretty magical. No mosquitos either which was a bonus. This was the perfect site for our family, our kids loved it, played in the river all day and the play park while we prepped dinner. We had a tent and the plots were pretty big.

Thanks for your stay and your review, even if it is surprising. Our pitches are much larger than in other campsites, around 150 to 200 m2. A cold water point is available in the sanitary block, 10 meters from your pitch ! The sanitary block is disinfected every day and we have just scrubbed it with a karcher. No, we will not make toilet paper available so that it ends up in packets that block toilets.

La tranquillité du lieu. Le cadre est vraiment agréable. Les logements sont bien disposés sur le camping et forment un ensemble harmonieux.

J’ adore le yourte l emplacement est très calme
Le matelas était pas épaisse j’ai eux mal au dos
aimé : l'accueil des hôtes qui ont été adorables, la beauté des lieux, la propreté, le calme, la restauration. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Une semaines qui sont passées trop vite. Les chiens sont les bienvenus, et le mien, mes adorables chiens on a adoré les baignades . À part les Matelas pas épais j’ai eu mal au dos . Sinon rien a dire nous reviendrons dans ce même camping. J'ai tout aimé : l'accueil des hôtes qui ont été adorables, la beauté des lieux, la propreté, le calme, la restauration. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Deux semaines qui sont passées trop vite. Les chiens sont les bienvenus, et le mien, Patapouf a adoré les baignades quasi-quotidiennes.
Très bien agencée notre Yourte était très confortable en plus très joliment meublée.
Un grand merci à vous, M. Chesneau, pour ce beau séjour de 2 semaines, mais aussi pour votre sympathie. Ravis que vous ayez pu vous oxygéner lors de vos nombreuses randonnées aux alentours. Merci pour la yourte : difficile d'installer deux chambres, un coin cuisine / repas et une salle de bain... dans un espace rond ! Caresses à Patapouf qui est juste adorable !

Onze jongens speelden eindeloos in de rivier; dammen maken, kikkers vangen, vissen. Kindvriendelijke camping met ruime plekken, schaduwrijk. Genoeg speelvertier voor onze jongens van 5 en 7. De trampoline was groot favoriet. Een leuk restaurant met lekker eten op de camping en goede broodjes service.

De camping ligt mooi, diverse toegangen tot de rivier. Leuke huur accomodaties en ruime kampeerplaatsen. Sanitair basic, maar prima in orde. De brood service was erg handig omdat je wel een kwartier rijden van de dichtsbijzijnde winkel zit. We hebben een leuke tijd gehad.
