It was not this bungalow. We had a 4 people house

the initial look from the outside is promising, however while almost breaking my ankle on the crumbling rotten step out of an old tree log things soon got worse.

The outside of the house was covered in spider webs and droppings and sunscreen smudges of previous guests. While entering the house the humid smell of mold strikes you (and is still present in our luggage). Bad repairs show that the maintenance was done poorly. 50% of the sheets and towels came with stains, which the team quickly swapped in a professional way. The furniture is dirty (nasty stains in the couch pillows) and uncomfortable and spiderwebs and dust piked up in the big living room light, even dropping a rather big spider on my wive's shoulder during the week. walls are sticky/dirty.

The location and terrace.

The kids bedroom was a good size but our bedroom was v small. The kitchen was v small with appliances stacked up as there is no room for them. More thought needs to go into the planning of the cabin.

Location was right by the padel court, but this did not matter at all. There is no noise and it still feels very private with nice views into the forest. The interior is very practical and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, showers are great.

The inside of the cabin does feel a little soulless. Instead of air-conditioning we would have preferred mosquito nets on the windows so that they can stay open at night. It would be more ecological. Having said that though there did not seem to be many mosquitoes around, but it would encourage guests to leave windows open at night instead of using the air con. We brought vegetable scraps to the pigs, but this wasn't very well explained/advertised.

Lodge was not as good as it looked in photos. Very small. Not as clean as I would of hoped. Very basic and have to pay for a lot of extras.

Liked the look from the outside but they are basically mobile homes with cladding, but don’t lean on the cladding because it leaves a black mark on clothes. Aircon worked well but is only in the lounge area and not in the bedrooms, so hot at night meaning windows need to be open.

Everything stayed damp which is just like camping. For a 6-berth cabin, we always had to move the table, both inside and out, and it was still a squeeze. Only four chairs inside for our 6-berth, which meant bringing in two patio chairs. No oven and the microwave wasn’t a combi-oven. No kettle (electric or hob). No tea-towels in the towel and linen packs (paid extra). Tiny toilet and bathroom. OK en-suite..

Great size, perfectly working shower with warm water and good kitchen appliances. Nice balcony and comfortable beds.

No good lighting on the terrace, fire alarm went off during the night for no reason. Location is not exactly ad promissed on website (no direct proximity to lake, cabins very close to one another).

Next to the lake and restaurant. Comfy.

Worn down, eg old paint on walls, loose kitchen cupboard front, shower door not working properly. Lots of ants in the kitchen.

The cabins are all located in the forest, which is beautiful.
